Welcome to the Reunion Resort, an upscale gated community close to Disney World with onsite facilities including six communal pools, a gym, restaurants, bars and more.
This luxurious and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo has been updated throughout in a contemporary style with new flooring, new décor and soft furnishings. The beautiful south-facing wraparound balcony looks across to The Terraces communal pool with hot tub, sunbathing deck and grilling area in the gardens.
The home features a spacious open-plan living and dining space complete with two stylish sofas, a large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and a dining area. There is also a workstation with desk and office chair. The living area also features floor-to-ceiling French doors leading out to the gorgeous wraparound balcony furnished with a table and chairs set for outside dining, plus comfortable seating and ceiling fans so you can relax and unwind outdoors after a long day visiting the Orlando attractions.
The spacious kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with all the comforts from home including a new stainless steel fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, blender, crockery, dishes, utensils etc. There is also an attractive breakfast nook with window seat – it’s the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee!
Leading off from the living area is the king-sized primary bedroom suite. This spacious room has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room complete with granite counters, twin sinks, WC and shower.
At the front of the condo you will find two further bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath/shower. Bedroom 2 is an attractive queen room and has a flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 is a surfing-themed twin room.
This beautiful and spacious condo has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi, free local calls, a travel cot (pack and play) and a highchair for families with babies. This property also has a laundry closet with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. It also has two parking spaces (nose to tail in front of the garage).
The Reunion Resort is located just 9 miles from Disney World, 3 miles from all the restaurants and amenities at ChampionsGate and less than a mile from the Ovation shopping area with a Publix supermarket, cafes, ATM and takeout options. It is also just 27 miles from Orlando International Airport.
You have unrestricted access to six onsite pools (Terraces, Seven Eagles, Carriage Pointe, Homestead, Heritage Crossing South and Heritage Crossing North). You also have access to the on-site gym. A children’s activity program, bike hire, boutique spa, restaurants and bars are also available (additional fees are payable onsite).
Please note this property DOES NOT have access to certain additional amenities within the Reunion Resort. These include Reunion’s Water Park, Tennis or Golf. Tickets to the water park CANNOT be purchased.
IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS:
1. The max. occupancy of the home is 6 guests plus 1 baby (under 2 years). This limit MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME and is strictly enforced due to the home insurance and fire regulations. Breaking this limit cancels the reservation, all guests must leave immediately, no refund of any remaining nights given.
2. Only Guests included on the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are permitted, even if this is below the maximum occupancy, unless confirmed in advance with us.
3. Strictly no parties, events or gatherings. The Sheriff has powers to evict all guests from the home for breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights.
4. The homeowner does not accept young adult/student groups under the average age of 25.
5. No smoking, vaping or cannabis on the property including the balcony.
6. No EV charging from the home supply.
7. Resort and community facilities associated with the home are owned and operated by the HOA, any limits or closures are beyond our control.
8. This is a quiet residential community. Please always keep noise at a considerate level, the HOA enforces quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.
9. We do not accept reservations that check-in on December 25th.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The VRBO cancellation policy applies to all reservations with no exceptions. We strongly recommend that you take out trip insurance. We do not offer refunds for illness, weather, travel issues, bereavement etc, so please take out your own trip coverage.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
The home is self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 3 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with you/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.
