This condo offers all the essentials for comfortable living and is just a short drive from downtown Traverse City and the renowned wineries on Old Mission Peninsula. Embrace the perfect blend of style and convenience in your vacation spot.

The Space:
This condo is located on the second floor. There is a conveniently located elevator or feel free to use the stairs.

Step inside to this brand new build condo featuring an open concept that is sure to suit all your needs during your stay. The spacious living room features a smart TV and a comfortable sectional pullout couch. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the basic kitchen necessities, and a dinning room table to enjoy your favorite home cooked meals. Enjoy natural light throughout the entire space but feel free to close the blinds in the bedrooms for more privacy. The primary bedroom hold a king sized bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom holds two full sized beds with the second bathroom conveniently located right next to it.

*There is no cable, you will need to use your own personal login for any streaming services that you like and don't forget to sign out prior to your departure*

Located on the rooftop are four brand new hot tubs, up and ready to use. Be mindful that these hot tubs are for enjoyment by anyone staying in the entire building. We look forward to your stay!

*There is one assigned parking spot per unit. The space number and unit number match.*

***Please be aware there is still some construction being done on this building. They are wrapping up and should not disturb your stay in anyway***

Check-in was easy and the condo is clean and new, with a comfortable feel to call home for a few days. It's also a great location nearby to many local restaurants and activities.

Location was great and condo was very comfortable with everything we needed. Only issue for us was there were no dressers to unpack our clothes. (Not a big deal if you are staying just for the weekend, but we were there 8 days. )Management was very responsive and cooperative. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was clean and nice! I loved having a tv in the bedroom. Place was very close to town but just enough outside to where you don’t get all the noise! Hot tubs were great! And the checkout process was amazing!!

Great spring break getaway

The condo was perfect. Has everything you need with the bonus of the hot tubs. My family loved the unit and the location from downtown TC. Only recommendation would be for them to add a blind in the kitchen. My family watched a movie at night and would have liked to close a blind so you couldnt see in, in the dark.

Business Conference at Grand Traverse

My husband and I and two of our real estate agent associates stayed in your place versus renting at the Grand Traverse. We had an amazing stay and it was so much better amenities. Clean easy to get to easy to get into the building, etc. It was only a 12 minute drive to the Grand Traverse. It had everything we needed! Five stars!
