22 Peaks es una impresionante casa de 3 dormitorios con majestuosas vistas de la cordillera de Sneffels. Disfrutará de las citas de alta gama en nuestras paredes enlucidas venecianas caseras, superficies de granito, pisos de castaños rústicos antiguos y una bodega. Las vistas son inigualables y diferencian a esta casa de otras en el mismo rango de precios. La sala, el comedor y la cocina están en el nivel principal. Sube un nivel al Master y baja un nivel a la sala de medios con un televisor de 65 '' y las otras dos habitaciones. Justo afuera de la sala de prensa se encuentra el jacuzzi cubierto. Hay una gran terraza fuera de la sala de estar con una parrilla de gas que da a la vista de la montaña, un gran lugar para ver la puesta de sol mientras toma una copa de vino. Las duchas de vapor son agradables después de un largo día de esquí, y la pista de esquí de fondo está justo afuera. El servicio de transporte gratuito para esquiar ofrece transporte a las tiendas, la góndola y las pistas.

Gorgeous home overall with breathtaking mountain view’s ! The kitchen had everything needed to make a nice meal , quality kitchenware and appliances .The home furnishings and decor high end rustic ! Beds very comfortable , spa amazing after skiing . We had three generations and home spread everyone out enough for privacy and great common areas for togetherness . Could not score home high enough and would love to go back ! First time to Telluride and fell in love with it , the dial a ride and free gondola was super easy and convenient. Tobin and Jennifer started our stay with a welcome bottle of very good local wine and truffles .. cool touch guys Thanks for sharing this amazing home with us over Christmas , we asked. for Tobin Monday and Tuesday at Mountain Village as we had two in Eagle class snowboarding but missed him . Could not have enjoyed our stay more

Great ski weekned

This was a great Vrbo for our group of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and excellent views. Easy access to skiing and the ski locker at the base of the mountain was very convenient.

A MUST STAY!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was stocked with everything that you could need and more. The views are unbeatable and the ease of access to the Market, Gondola and Mountain were perfect. Thanks for a great home to enjoy our vacation at! A bonus was seeing the Elk from the Hot tub!

22 peaks was perfect for our crew of five. Plenty of space and easy access to Mountain Village via the round trip Dial-A-Ride’s that come with the room (two free trips a day available) Thank you for a wonderful home to vacation in!

Excellent vacation home!

we loved everything about our stay in Tobin and Jennifer‘s house! From the layout and set up of the actual house, to the location, the views, hot tub, and ski locker! We used it all, and would absolutely return again.

It was a fantastic house. We had a car and it was so convenient to the gondola parking but also super easy to get to Mountain Village and Telluride. Perfect vacation.

Heavenly views!!!

Our family had a wonderful week staying in Mountain Village! The views off the deck alone made our week! We had easy access to town and all of our activities as well. Tobin was also easy to reach with any issues we had which were minimal.

Incredible view of the mountain range. We saw elk and deer from the house. Immaculate and super-well stocked. Peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to town and gondola. Highly recommend.

The BEST house!

This house was everything we were looking for and more. Close to the slopes with easy driving access to Mountain village parking garage and town of Telluride. Amazing views. House was clean and had everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy family. The hot tub was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

First trip to Telluride was a success

Tobin’s property was perfect for our group. It had great views from Mountain Village and was just short distance to the lifts. I would definitely recommend Tobin’s property and would love to visit again. The property was very clean and had a lot of extras that were much appreciated (humidifiers for each room so you don’t dry out). Thanks Tobin!

Family Telluride Ski Trip

Our family stayed at Jennifer and Tobin's house for a week of skiing at Telluride. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The views are stunning. The house was beautiful, clean, and very well laid out so everyone had their own space. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils we needed as we did most of our cooking at home. It also had a wide variety of spices. I felt at home grilling on the Weber grill. The dial a ride and ski locker at the Village base were a game changer for us. We have never experienced such convenience. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Tobin's beautiful house and I hope we have a chance to stay again.

Perfect Stay in a Perfect Home

This was an absolutely gorgeous home in Mountain Village! It was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (actually we had more room than we could use!). Tobin had thought of everything and made us feel very welcome. The home was in immaculate condition and the views out the huge back windows were a treat to wake up to each morning. It was so easy to get into town with the Dial A Ride service and the convenience of the ski locker made this the perfect place for us to stay for our ski vacation. We would gladly stay here again next time our travels bring us to Telluride.

Ski Vacation '23

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our ski vacation to mountain village. This property is exceptional all around with stunning mountain views!!! All the amenities are there with comfortable beds, an inviting hot tub and media room for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The property owners were super attentive and communicating with them was a breeze. An added benefit was the ski locker and the Dial-A-Ride (DAR) service provided for traveling to the village center and back. We highly recommend this property for an unforgettable getaway on your next trip to Telluride!

We have named the home "22 Peaks" as that is how many mountain tops can be counted from the living room window. The views are absolutely stunning and unmatched in any other home in Mountain Village.

You will enjoy the high end appointments in our home, venetian plastered walls, granite surfaces, antique rustic chestnut floors give it a classic character. But most of all, the billion dollar views are what sets this home apart.
