This sparkling clean home, built in 2018, offers a private patio and garden in a peaceful neighborhood close to central Stockholm. Surrounded by nature yet only 10 minutes to Södermalm, it’s perfect for cozy fall and winter stays. Enjoy crisp walks among autumn colors or return to a warm, inviting space after exploring snowy and magical Stockholm. Reach T-Centralen in 25 minutes by train/bus and Stockholmsmässan in just six.

This newly built house can comfortably accommodate four people but can sleep up to six. The dining room table also seats six, perfect for shared meals and cozy gatherings. The house has a good-size bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a loft bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The loft is easily accessible by ladder from the living room, and the sofa in the living area can be transformed into a futon bed for two.

Our house is cleaned by an experienced cleaning company before your stay, and all linens are professionally laundered. This property is located in a peaceful area away from the city center — a perfect place to enjoy the calm of nature during the beautiful fall and winter months. Here, you can unwind surrounded by Stockholm’s golden autumn colors or snowy winter landscapes, yet remain close enough to shops and the city when you feel like venturing in. There’s so much to do around our property, and I’m excited to share all the local and hidden seasonal gems with you!

We’ve designed the house’s architecture to harmonize with the natural surroundings. The gray and silver-colored roof blends with the nearby birch trees, while the window section facing the street matches the main building’s style. The large glass panels facing the garden bring in maximum light and a sense of connection to the outdoors — especially magical when the first snow falls or when autumn leaves drift past. With a 40 sqm floor plan and a spacious sleeping loft, the house feels open yet intimate. It includes a roomy bathroom and a separate master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all essentials for your cooking and baking needs — ideal for preparing warm drinks or holiday meals after a day exploring the crisp Swedish air. The living room and kitchen share an open-plan layout, creating a welcoming space to gather and relax. The bathroom is warm, modern, and well-ventilated. Free Wi-Fi and TV are included.

Our home is fully winter-insulated, with double-glazed windows and energy-efficient appliances to keep you warm and comfortable. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful fall escape or a cozy winter holiday surrounded by nature, this home offers a perfect balance of modern comfort and seasonal magic.

Guests have full and uninterrupted access to the house. You will have complete privacy in your home. I am always available if you need me.

You will have as much privacy as you want. The property has its own private patio, private entrance, and off street car space. I am available 24/7 to answer your questions and assist you with anything you need, including local tips on where to find the best local meals and coffee!

This safe and peaceful residential housing area, with plenty of walking, running, cycling spaces.

There is an off-street parking space included free of charge. If you have more than one car or prefer to park on the street, there is also free street parking in the area. The area is quiet and you will have no challenges finding space for your car.

If you are visiting Stockholm Fair / Stockholmsmässan, you are a refreshing 15 minutes’ walk (1.3 km), six minutes by taxi, or 15 minutes by public transport. Stockholm Fair / Stockholmsmässan is the Nordic region’s largest facility for trade fairs, conferences, and events.

The closest supermarket, ICA Supermarket Hagsätra, Hagsätra torg 28, is seven minutes drive away, and has everything you need to prepare a feast in your new home. If you would prefer to eat locally, there are some eat in and take-away restaurants walking distance including Örby Bar and Kitchen, Helgesta Pizzeria, and Pizza House. Within five minutes’ walk of your home, there is a large and well-sorted children’s second hand clothes and toys shop, a design and furnishings shop and a furniture renovation workshop.

The nearest local center, Högdalen town center, has several casual restaurants, cafes, and shops. This is all easily accessed by foot or bus. From here you can also take the subway.

If you have children, you will find a nice playground (Aspöparken) within five minutes’ walk and another one about 700 meters from the house named `Utkiksbergets lekplats`, from here you can also go up on the mountain to catch a nice view of Stockholm. In Örby there is a charming little library, next to the bus stop, which is open Wednesdays and Thursdays 10-17:00 and Sundays 11-15:00.

Brännkyrka church, dating back to the 1100s, is an 18 minute walk or five minutes’ drive. This is the second oldest church in Stockholm and has a predictably rich history. Here the `First Lady of Årsta`, Märta Helena Reenstierna, is buried. She is known for the diaries she wrote between 1793-1839. Near the church is the `Park`, built in 1928. Park has a recording studio used by many famous music artists including Europe and Kent. There is an active movie club here that shows films and live broadcasts opera and ballet.

It is a lovely four-minute walk to bus stop `Örby skola`. From there you can take public transport to T Central in 20 minutes. There are also several different bus lines from `Örby skola`, so depending on where you are going, you can either take a bus all the way or change to a subway or commuter train.

Only ten minutes` drive, or 20 minutes bike to Södermalm. With plenty of public transport options, you will be at T-Centralen (central station) within 25 minutes by train / bus or 14 minutes by Taxi / Uber. You can also be at Stockholm Conference Center / Stockholmsmässan within six minutes.

Our home is professionally cleaned by our expert cleaning partners. And the linen is also professionally laundered. The entire house is disinfected and cleaned between guests. You will find this home sparkling clean.

Late Check in - Emergency Lockbox

1. All check-ins must be completed before 22:00 hours as the entry code will no longer work after this time.
2. If a guest requires a later check-in, we can place the key in a key lock box outside the property.
3. To arrange for a late check-in, we require at least one week`s notice. A 100 SEK fee will apply.
4. For last-minute requests (received closer to the check-in date), the fee will increase to 500 SEK and the late check-in may not be guaranteed.
