This beautiful sparkling-clean house, constructed in 2018, has it´s own private patio and garden. Located in a relaxing neighbourhood, close to central Stockholm, here you can relax and live like a local and experience Swedish everyday life near trendy Södermalm.

Only ten minutes' drive to Södermalm, this property is surrounded by nature. You will be at T-Centralen (central station) within 25 minutes by train / bus, and at Stockholm Conference Center / Stockholmsmässan within six minutes.
The space
This newly built house can comfortably accommodate four people but can sleep up to six people. The dining room table also has space for six people. The house has a good-size bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a loft bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The loft bedroom is easily accessible by ladder from the living room, and the sofa in the living area can be transformed into a futon bed for two.

Our house is cleaned by an experienced cleaning company before your stay and all of our linen is professionally laundered. This property is located in a peaceful area away from the center of the city. Here you will be able to enjoy a holiday, and still be close enough to everything you need. Here you will be away from crowds, and surrounded by Stockholm's gorgeous nature and still close enough to shops and the city if you feel like venturing in. There is so much to do around our property and I am excited to share all the local and hidden gems with you!

We have adapted the house's architecture to suit the nature of the surroundings. The house's gray and silver-coloured roof connect to the adjacent birches and the window section towards the street match the main building's windows. The large glass section facing the garden has been divided into four smaller sections to combine maximum light input and contact with the garden. With a building area of 40 sqm and in addition a relatively spacious sleeping loft which provides additional square meters. The house has a spacious bathroom and a separate master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped, has a dishwasher and will comfortably accommodate all your cooking and baking needs. The living room and kitchen are open plan. The bathroom is warm and well-ventilated. Free WIFI internet and TV included.

Our home is fully winter insulated. We have double-glazed windows, and we use energy efficient appliances to save energy.
Guest access
Guests have full and uninterrupted access to the house. You will have complete privacy in your home. I am always available if you need me.
Other things to note
Our home is professionally cleaned by our expert cleaning partners. And the linen is also professionally laundered. The entire house is disinfected and cleaned between guests. You will find this home sparkling clean.
