This one-acre retreat offers serene Blue Ridge Mountain living within walking distance of downtown Brevard. The generous yard features amazing mountain views and comes furnished for outdoor entertainment with highlights like front and back porches, and a gas grill. Downtown restaurants and shops, the Lumberyard, and the Brevard Music Center are all reachable within walking distance of the home.

Start your day with morning coffee on the covered front porch and cap it off out back with drinks and gatherings on the back deck. For a quiet moment of peace, wander down to the swinging bench and gaze out at the mountains.

The gleaming full kitchen boasts all-new countertops, cabinets, and deluxe stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven. A plush sectional, and a smart TV are the perfect ingredients for family fun in the living room.

The primary suite and private bathroom, plus an additional half-bath are located on the main floor. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
