New building, full sized kitchen, high ceilings, open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows & glass door opening to a large exclusive use patio. New, high quality furniture, fully stocked kitchen. 50” tv in the bedroom. Floor to ceiling shades can be pulled down over the windows for ultimate privacy. Secured parking in a shared parking garage. Pet friendly with pet relief area on site. Come visit!
We are in a very walkable beach community, just blocks from the grocery store, nail salon, dog groomer, and lots of shops and restaurants. We are just over a mile to the sand and OB Dog Beach, 5 minutes to Newport Ave/downtown Ocean Beach, 5 minutes to Liberty Station/Liberty Market, 7 minutes to the San Diego International Airport, 10 minutes to Old Town, Hillcrest, Little Italy and Downtown San Diego, 15 min to Balboa Park-- truly a great coastal, central San Diego location.
