We have 30 day Stays. Boarding N Breck is in a Prime Location. 🚵♀️🎿⛷️🚠Just 2 short, downhill blocks from Main St. in the heart of Historic Downtown. Walk 5 minutes to fine dining and pubs. 3 Minute Walk to Breck Connect free Gondola, but you can also take the free Breck Shuttle that stops at the condo every 15 minutes from 7:45am to 11:45pm. We have parking for you in the secure, gated parking garage. Indoor Hot Tub and Pool. Community Game Room with Pool Table.
The condo is supplied with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. We set our standards high as we also host guests on Kauai, Hawaii in Poipu at Shipwreck Beach, as well as on the Florida Emerald Coast on Miramar Beach. We pride ourselves on providing high quality linens, non hypoallergenic down comforters with 100% cotton sheets and towels. Nice toiletries.
We manage our own condos so we can choose what to keep on hand such as a generous sharing system for the kitchen/cooking with an assortment of spices and oils. High end Kitchen Aide Appliances.
We provide cooler bags for hiking and picnics, as well as refillable water bottles. We’re always just a direct text or phone call away if you have a question or concern.

We’re from Central Texas. As a family business, we manage short term rentals and long term rentals in the Dallas Fort Worth area as well as Florida, Colorado and Hawaii. Unfortunately Summit County has rezoned their vacation area to only allow stays of 30 days or
more in many tourist locations. So we would love to host your 30 day stays while you work remote and enjoy the snow sports. Summer escapes are also available. We’re experienced property managers as well as hosts. We have over 20 years experience managing long term rental homes in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and we manage 4 Vacation homes: 2 on the world famous Emerald Coast of Miramar Beach, 1 on the Hawaiian Garden Island of Kauai where all the Jurassic Park movies were filmed and then infamous Mark Zuckerberg has his primary home, Julia Roberts and many other A-listers have had vacation homes as well. What we enjoy most about this neighborhood is it’s prime location for all Breckenridge has to offer. It’s an easy 3 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars and the High Five gondola!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
This condo has a very nice upscale gourmet kitchen unlike most 2 bedroom condos. It’s the kind of kitchen you would find in a large custom home. Not a builder grade kitchen. I have not seen a kitchen this nice in the entire complex of Longbranch. We also use 100% Cotton Linens. Hotel grade bedding and towels are provided. L’Occitane French Bath products are on par and exceeding the quality of bath amenities of Hotel standards of Marriott and the Hyatt Hotels. We keep the kitchen stocked with spices, oils and a few dry goods to save you money and time at the start of your vacation. More importantly, you can reach us by text anytime with tour or condo questions between 9:00am and 10:00pm Central Standard Time. We also have an assistant in Breckenridge who can be reached when needed. We sure hope you’ll stay with us and enjoy the comforts we love to provide for our guests!🌸🌸🌸⛷️🎿🚵♀️
