The Heritage House At Kingman Farmstead

Welcome to The Heritage House At Kingman Farmstead. This is a family owned farm stay nestled in the beautiful countryside of Klamath Falls. Not far from town, our unique property invites you to experience authentic farm life surrounded by picturesque views of Stukel Mountain, the barn and pastures.

Wake up to stunning sunrises, and relax in the grass to beautiful sunsets. Throughout the day, explore the property, meet our friendly farm animals, or relax inside our beautifully updated home!

There are two bedrooms and one bath inside the home. The queen bedroom to the right has the one and only bathroom located inside the home. The twin bunk room is on the left.

There is a beautifully updated kitchen, living room and dining room space for 4.

We will provide a map of the property; feel free to walk around the designated areas! You may see farm animals throughout the year ranging from cows, sheep, chickens and horses. Feel free to stop by and say hello.

We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process. It’s our way of making your stay stress-free while ensuring our homes are well cared for.
Some guests have requested specific check out instructions. However, we understand many of you are on vacation and traveling. The last thing we expect is for you to have a check list of cleaning tasks! We ask that you leave the place as you would a dear friend (do not trash the home and pick up after yourself!) If you wish to help out you can do the following, but DO NOT feel obligated.

-Strip the beds
-Put linens in the washer
-Do the dishes/load dishes
- Clean and wipe debris off countertops

Our goal is for you to have a relaxing vacation and not have to worry about tedious check out instructions.

IMPORTANT: Check out time is at 11:00 A.M. Our cleaners are usually at the property at 11:00 A.M. Unless communicated otherwise, anybody who has not left the property by 11:01 A.M will be charged a late check out fee of $90.

All guest will assume the responsibility of ensuring they have left the property by 11:00 A.M. We provide clocks in the home as a convenience for our guests and this should not be used as the primary source for check out time. Please double check your personal devices to ensure you leave the property on time. Unless communicated in advance, there will be no exceptions to this rule.
