Nuestra nueva y espectacular casa privada frente a la playa, Estrella del Mar, domina el tramo de 3. 5 millas de playa virgen a lo largo del Mar de Cortés. Rodeado de 816 acres de exuberantes paisajes tropicales, y a solo 10 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Mazatlán.

Pase sus días jugando al golf en uno de los mejores campos de golf de México, relajándose junto a la piscina o caminando los kilómetros de playa tranquila. Para los amantes de la naturaleza, observe a los pelícanos surfear las olas o quizás echar un vistazo a los delfines o incluso a una ballena.

Visite el santuario de tortugas y observe la liberación de las tortugas recién nacidas en el océano. Para los más activos, puedes nadar en el océano, hacer boogieboard o surfear. También se pueden organizar paseos a caballo en la playa. Termine el día relajándose en la piscina.

El complejo Estrella del Mar también cuenta con un restaurante ubicado en la casa club; Restaurante y bar Los Delfines, El Courtyard Café, bar cafetería junto a la piscina, spa y gimnasio en el recientemente renovado y renovado Las Villas Hotel; y una pequeña tienda general.

También se puede organizar el transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto y hacia Mazatlán. Incluso puede hacer arreglos para que el refrigerador esté abastecido de alimentos y bebidas antes de su llegada.

Cuando estás cansado de la paz y la serenidad, puedes ir a 7 millas por la playa hasta Stone Island y disfrutar de una excelente comida, vendedores ambulantes, paseos en bote de banana, surf, trenzas en el cabello, tatuajes y darte un paseo en bote de 10 minutos a Mazatlán o Mazatlán en solo 30 minutos. -minutos en coche. Gorgeous But Remote

This house and location are beautiful but know that it's very remote! I highly recommend making sure the house is stocked with food or having a plan to get to a grocery store - which isn't very close. The resort next door lists a lot of amenities that it no longer has and there's just one restaurant. You will definitely want to rent a car as nothing is within walking distance. The house is immense and clean and communication with the property manager was very easy but make sure that everything is working before you get there. PLAN, PLAN, PLAN!

nice house, misleading description

This is a nice house, however guests need to know the website claims it sleeps 18 and offers 7 bedrooms (including 2 kings, 4 queens and one room with a sofa bed and bunk bed). We were unpleasantly surprised when upon arrival we found 6 bedrooms (not 7) only 3 queen rooms (not 4). So we had one person (of our party of 8) who thought they would have their own queen room, that ended up having to share one of the 6 rooms by bringing in a mattress from the garage. Because of this I cannot give a positive review. The house is large and the resort is beautiful, but be aware the sleeping situation may not match what you're expecting. I'm unsure of the claim this house sleeps 18, we were a party of 8 and definitely unable to sleep comfortably.

Tranquil Paradise for a Family Holiday

We booked this home for our family holiday get-away. The house was everything that was advertised, beautiful, spacious and well equipped. It was the perfect location that allowed us to connect with our family in a safe and comfortable environment while offering a mixture of adventure, play and relaxation. The home is located right next to Las Villas Hotel, in a beautiful developing neighborhood just south of downtown Mazatlán. The hotel staff were kind and informative and their Barefoot Bar allowed us to order multiple pizzas to take to the house for one of our nights stay. The drive to downtown Mazatlán is about 40 minutes by main highway but I highly recommend you travel through Stone Island (Isla de la piedra). The drive is about 15 minutes from the house, then you park and continue on via boat/water taxi. From there you can either walk, or for fun, take one of the many Pulmonías that are circling around town. The property management team were attentive and responsive to our emails throughout the many months of planning. On site, they remained communicative and attentive throughout our stay. The heater on the Jacuzzi was not working when we arrived and even though they tried to fix it during our stay, it could not be fixed until after we left. We expressed our disappointment in the Jacuzzi and their follow up after our stay was very thoughtful and considerate. We would recommend this home to any family or group of individuals needing a place to escape, relax and unwind. Be sure to visit soon before the secret is out!

Great beach house for a big group

The house was amazing exactly the way we want with direct passage to beach.The best part of the house was the big Patio from where you canhave a full view of ocean. Sunset view was Amazing from Patio. If you like cooking the house has everything to cook for a big group. Pool is lil far from the house for still the water in the pool maintained well and we had good time.One feedback i would like to give to improve the experience is if they can mainatain some simple beach chairs and umbrella which can be carried to beach to enjoy the sand and closer look at ocean it would be amazing. Overall I recommend the house and will surely come again in future.

Mazatlan Villa Del Mar

Very nice, large home with 2 full kitchens and 4 bathrooms just a few steps from the ocean. We loved the beach access and how easy it is to get around the property. We golfed one day and really enjoyed the course a lot. Very scenic! On the negative side, the water pressure is very, very low (and one day we woke up with no running water at all!), the home had a slight unpleasant odor at times, Also, the condo rule of no children under 14 allowed in the hot tub was not enforced, and there was never a time during the day to enjoy the hot tub without a bunch of kids, some in goggles even, swimming around in it which was unfortunate.

Hola Tami, We are happy your enjoyed the home, beach and how easy it was to get around. My husband and I play that Golf Course all the time, and just LOVE it. One of the best courses in all of Mazatlan. I am sorry to hear about the water challenges you had in the home, along with a few of unpleasant smells in the casa. At times these things in Mexico are impossible to control. My husband and I have lived here for 10 + years, and even still from time to time we these challenges in our own home. I truly do understand how frustrating or uncomfortable this could be. The hot tub is a bummer, I would be upset too. I will need to follow up with the administration at the hotel and Estrella del Mar to see if there is anything we can do to prevent this from happening again in the future. Beautiful home and nice secluded beachfront mostly

It was quite hot and humid the week we stayed there but the beautiful home offered a great break from it all with more than adequate AC and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Even large parties of family or friends would love this place with all the amenities and conveniences it has right there at the home. Thanks for the first nights meal cooked for us by some local ladies who did a fantastic job! Lori and the crew answered all our questions and got our groceries for us besides picking us up from airport etc. It was a very fun and relaxing time for all and the house is incredible! Thanks again!

Will not rent again with Estella Del Mar

Absolutely Not happy with this rental we paid so much for this house & didn’t even get a proper welcome the employes where so rude she turn off our a/c once we got to the house it was hot the A/C didn’t even work anymore TVs also didn’t work we were with out water for a whole day I’m not happy with this stay won’t recommend it to anyone also there blaming us for damages that we weren’t even responsible for made me feel awful !

Property Managers & Owners Beware: NOTE: When you are read this review, please take into consideration all the other wonderful reviews that our guests have left. Thank you we appreciate the input, and are really sorry you had a bad experience at the home, and with our staff. I apologize if you were under the impression that our staff was rude and that you did not have a proper welcome to the home. When Lori was in communication with you regarding your check in, you first mentioned that you would be arriving at 4pm. Then it was 6pm, then, 8pm, and you did not show up for check in till 12am in the morning. Our staff is instructed not to do late check ins for safety reasons. We do all property check-ins in person & waiting 8 hours is not fair to ask of anyone. Lori did come by the very next morning to give you a proper orientation of the home. When Lori arrived the next day to do your check in, we did notice the TV’s were not working, and Bernardo came out right away to fix this in the same day. All of the A/C’s where working expect for one of the ones just off the kitchen. For years this A/C, has never worked properly and can only run off dehumidify. This was explained to you. Estrella del Mar is a Private Beach Community in Mazatlán with a wonderful staff who owns and manages it. We were notified by Estrella del Mar that April and her guests had vandalized the common area pool. They were loud, obnoxious, drunk, and left a HUGE mess for the Estrella del Mar Staff to clean up without any consideration at all. They even broke one of the bathroom stalls, that we had to pay to have fixed. At check out Bernardo removed 15 large bags of garbage from the home. No care or concern was made for the private property or the home. Many couches were stained, food was found rubbed into multiple comforters. We have been in business here for the last 10 years and have served thousands of wonderful, discerning clients each year. Our team has been instructed not to allow rental to your party ever again. We have built our business by word of mouth over the last 10 years, and we as a team strive to create the best possible vacation experience for our guests when they are here, while looking after the investments of our clients. We understand that from time to time there will be challenges, but it’s how we react to these challenges that define us. I am truly sorry for some of the challenges you had at the home. Our goal is to always improve.

Excellent if you are looking for quiet and no crowd the place its very nice far from town if you need a nice place you found the rite place to go. The lady that met us Nohemi was extremely nice and the place is clean we gat 2 lady's to help us keep the place clean and it was clean all the time they help all the time

Amazing - Perfect for our Family Vacation

The house was more amazing than the pictures on the website - the views are breathtaking, and the space so well laid out and furnished. We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday and had 10 people for the week. We've been to Estrella del Mar many times so already love Mazatlan and EDM - but this house was very special for the full family. Enjoyed - great sunsets, bon fires in the pit, bbq dinners on the patio and balcony. Were able to all be together easily and just as easily have space to ourselves. Meals are wonderful at the hotel at EDM and the Club House - had a fabulous Valentines event. Downtown Mazatlan is close enough for some shopping and some great meals - Topolos was awesome. Easy trip to Stone Island was another highlight. We highly recommend this home.

AMAZING

This place is GREAT for 2 families or 1 large family and even 6 couples that want to get away to play golf and enjoy the beach... You could not have a more luxurious place to stay.

Lionne, born and raised in Hawaii, brings a lifelong pursuit of customer service to ensure your stay in Mazatlan is nothing short of magical. Lionne is committed to exceeding your expectations on your vacation, managing your investments and cultivating your dreams in paradise.

Kristen, born and raised in the northwest, has developed three generations of construction and property development knowledge, bringing a refreshing no-nonsense approach to ensuring your stay meets a level of expectation that is first class. Her attention to detail will ensure no stone is left unturned for your vacation, investment oversight or construction & development needs.

Lori, born and raised in Mazatlan, brings a local view of her ‘Hometown’. Friendly, outgoing, fluent in Spanish and English, and has a heritage of many years of customer service working at restaurants. Lori will ensure your visit is authentic and looks forward to helping you make wonderful memories during your vacation here with Mazatlan4Rent.

Nohemí, born and raised in Mazatlan, graduated in business administration. She’s a dynamic, detailed-oriented, enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Administrator, with many years of experience in the area.
