Guests here can skip the stress of street parking, instead opting to walk to Carolina Panthers games at Bank of America Stadium or Charlotte Knights games at Truist Field. Uber and Lyft are great options if you do not have your own vehicle, and you are walking distance or a quick trolley ride to Uptown Charlotte and attractions such as Bank of America Stadium, Truist Field, Spectrum Arena, and more!

PARKING: There is one allocated parking space (#4) in the parking lot located behind the building. There is also free street parking where available.

PETS: With Host approval, pets are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (max of two pets). Pets are never to be left unattended at the Premises by the Guest.

SAFETY DEVICES: 
Exterior security camera present: We have one exterior doorbell camera which will be on during your stay.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
