House Rules:
🔹 No Smoking: A $100 fee applies for any smoke odor.
🔹 No Parties: Strict quiet policy.
🔹 No Pets: Strictly No Animals allowed.
🔹 Guests: Unregistered guests incur a $35 fee per person/day.
🔹 Strict Check-Out: Check-out time is strictly enforced. Unauthorized late check-outs heavily disrupt our cleaning schedule and will incur a $50 penalty for every 30 minutes past the check-out time.
🔹Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
🔹Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
🔸Appliance Care: We kindly ask that you handle all home appliances with care so they remain in great condition during your visit. Please be aware that any damages or breakages caused to the appliances during your stay will result in a repair or replacement fee.

🔵Local Climate & Pest Control
We maintain strict, ongoing professional pest control at our property. However, due to the warm Texas climate during this time of year, occasional insect sightings are completely normal for the region and sometimes unavoidable.

- To help us keep the indoors pest-free, we kindly ask that you:

- Keep all exterior doors and windows fully closed when not in use.

- Ensure food is put away or properly sealed.
