This loft is part of another home that we also rent, both share parking lot but with his assigned spaces. Each one have their own private door to access, (They dont share any common areas besides the parking)

Guests will be staying a loft with a bunk bed with 2 full-size memory foam mattresses with fresh linen and access to typical living accessories (i.e. hairdryer, iron).

All appliances (including microwave, blender, washer, dryer, and fridge) in the kitchen are usable by guests, and if you need help, feel free to ask. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself.

🔸Any smoking odor or smell left inside the property will bring a $100 fee for the extra cleaning needed.

🔸No unregistered guests. Any unregistered guest will incur a $35 fee per person, per day of stay.
