Kobza Cottage is a charming studio with 2 king beds (sleeps 4) with a full bathroom. Situated in the heart of Round Top, you will be just steps away from wonderful shopping, dining, and antiques! Need to relax? Take a dip in the plunge pool or get cozy around the fire pit (both are shared amenities with the Kobza Haus). Perfect for short or long-term getaways!

Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire cottage, shared front and back yard spaces including pool (unheated) and fire pit (that are shared with guests at the main house). When both spaces are rented, we ask that you kindly give each other privacy and respect.



Parking is located right in front of the cottage and can fit up to 2 cars. Additional parking is available on the street if needed.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of town, the Kobza Cottage is perfect for walking around Round Top. Coffee, dining and shopping are easy walk from the Cottage.

If you plan to explore outside of Round Top city limits, you'll need a vehicle to get to the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, generally aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be 22+ to book. 



- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



-Pet Policy: No Pets



- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- If you're looking for more space, consider booking our main house (Kobza Haus) or a full property buy-out (Haus + Cottage). The Haus sleeps up to 6 people and the full property can sleep up to 10. You can't beat this location for a girl's getaway or a family gathering!



- When the antique show is not going on, (October & March) not all restaurants and shops are open Sunday-Wednesday! Please note this when booking if you are coming for shopping!



- Please note the pool and fire pit are shared between the cottage and main house. There could be guests staying at the main house during your stay.



- The pool is not fenced and cannot be heated.



- OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee (must be pre-approved by the host, non-refundable):

* Late Check-Out - $35/hour

- Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.

Interaction with Guests:

This property is professionally managed by HOSTIE Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!
