This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home can sleep up to 10 and is located in Martinez, GA,15 min from the Augusta National and moments away from the Savannah River and canal trail and many great restaurants.
This home is family-friendly and offers plenty of space to play. The 1-acre lot includes a halfcourt basketball court, a trampoline, a slackline course, sandbox, and field. Inside, enjoy a bonus room filled with toys as well as a second media area.
Enjoy cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen or on the outdoor gas grill or Big Green Egg. There is plenty of room to dine at the kitchen table, dining room table, and back porch table.
After a day of adventure, retreat to the main level Owner's Suite with a king size bed and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Upstairs, four large bedrooms and two bathrooms offer plenty of space for everyone. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds, a third has a queen bed and a crib, and the fourth has twin bunk beds that can be unbunked if needed and a pull out trundle bed.

Our home is in the suburbs of Augusta, close to all there is to offer downtown and in nearby Evans, GA. Our street is a quiet cul-de-sac, and there is a walking/biking path right at the end of our street that goes to the Augusta Canal trail at the Savannah River or all the way out to Evans in the other direction. A number of grocery stores and restaurants are within minutes of our house.

Our spacious home is a great place for a group of friends or a family to enjoy. We have 5 children and have all you need inside and out for any kids that might be coming along with you. The home is on a 1 acre lot with a trampoline, sand pit with diggers, slack line course, half court basketball court, and a field great for playing sports or hitting golf balls. Inside, enjoy spacious living spaces and bedrooms, plenty of seating at 3 dining tables, and a bonus room with kids play area, office area, and entertainment area with couches and a 2nd TV.
