Villa de lujo de alta gama con jacuzzi y gran piscina privada en el centro de Sosua.
Villa de súper lujo en el centro de Sosua (adyacente al club Passion, en la calle Pedro Clisante), en medio de todos los restaurantes, clubes, bares, tiendas, etc. y a poca distancia de todas las playas.

Un magnífico escondite de alta gama ideal para despedidas de soltero, grupos empresariales, cumpleaños, bodas, aniversarios, etc.

Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y televisión por cable. ¡Se gastaron más de medio millón de dólares en muebles, estatuas, cascadas, efectos especiales de luz, etc.!

La tarifa estándar es de 900 USD / noche, pero podemos ofrecer descuentos, especialmente para reservas de última hora.

La tarifa de alquiler incluye absolutamente todos los cargos de la casa: limpiezas iniciales / finales, limpiezas diarias, impuestos, jardinería, seguridad, gas, agua, mantenimiento de piscinas, triturador de basura, conexión a internet, suscripción a TV satelital, tarifas de residencia, estacionamiento privado, electricidad. Overall an excellent stay. Property was even more magnificent than advertised. Staff was polite, friendly and diligent. Very secure, private and comfortable villa. Surrounding neighborhood wasn't the best but no worries, we walked about, ate at local cafe's no problem. Edward was a great guide/Concierge/Driver and was very prompt to all our needs. A small issue was discovered that caused me not to give 5 stars however I will definitely look to stay here again!

An amazing property, perfect for the weekend!

This villa is absolutely amazing! The pictures are not an exaggeration of how nice this place is. It housed my party of 7 with plenty of space to move around and be comfortable. You can play your music as loud as you need and entertain guests as necessary. When you're ready to retire for the night or leave for the day, each room can be locked for that extra piece of mind. There are some small updates needed but they DO NOT impact the quality of your stay. Marcy (hostess) ensured we were treated like royalty. Anything we needed for the house (chef, security, activities, transportation) was taken care of at a moments notice. Thank you for hosting an amazing bachelor party!

Annual Guys trip

Overall the stay was truly enjoyable. The property is located close enough to walk to the the central area but far enough away to be out of the constant action. The property itself is very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The agent for the property was truly impressive with her responsiveness and her diligence in locating additional services and activities that we requested. Her personality is extremely pleasant. We did have a minor misunderstanding with the chefs but the agent was very diplomatic with her approach and we resolved it quickly and with no animus. As the expression goes "in the end all was good" and it did put a damper on the vacation.

A grand visit

I have been to this property 3 times and this is a great location with great people. The cleaning crew and maintenance are good people too. Though the property needs to be sprayed for the mosquitoes that come out at night. My overall experience was a grand time. 5 out of 5. Fabbio and Enrico thanks.

The perfect 25th Anniversary Vow Renewal!

My husband and I were very pleased to have chosen this property to host our guests for our 25th Anniversary and Vow Renewal. The property was absolutely beautiful and the service team was excellent - from the house manager to the cleaning staff, transportation, and the security. I greatly appreciated the quick and helpful responses from both Fabio and Enrico as I planned my event. I was given assistance with hiring a decorator and a photographer and both vendors were outstanding. My guests felt as if they were royalty as everyone was treated well and attended to with the highest level of service. I can't thank you enough for helping to make our stay at the villa a memorable time for everyone who attended. We will never forget it!!!!!

Great property. Great locstion

My friends and I has a great time at this property. Beds were very comfortable. Only. Issue was there is only 1 king sized bed. House was clean. And the daily housekeeping was excellent. We didn't use the available chef. When texting the manager we were answered very quickly. We would recommend this property and would consider returning next time we visit Sosua.

ROACH INFESTATION

The pictures are amazing ! We paid for a house and was not able to utilize the entire house because of the ROACH INFESTATION ! An exterminator had to come out two days in a row and that still did not resolve the issue ! ROACHES ARE NOT TROPICAL INSECTS ! As we were told by the manager of the property . I’ve traveled many times to tropical areas and i may have seen cockroaches and mosquitoes but never a ROACH INFESTATION! We had to eat outside every night because the roaches would crawl out while we were eating any meals . WE CALLED AND PLEADED FOR THE OWNER TO HELP US AND NOTHING WAS DONE! After we had our meals outside , we had to either stay outside or in our rooms because the roaches would appear . The exterminator put out a substance in the counters that was on the kitchen counters where our food was being prepared by our chef ! It’s unfortunate that the owner would not be fair and offer a portion of out payment back so we could relocate ! We were there from Dec 25-Jan 2,2019. We have several videos and pictures that we submitted and NOTHING WAS DONE ! As a matter of fact the house manager STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY TEXT ,PICTURES AND EMAIL MESSAGES ! We paid to utilize the entire house not just the outside and our bedrooms . We tried playing games as a family but were RAN AWAY BY THE ROACHES ! It’s really sad that people take your money and take you fro granted ! I provided around 50 pictures and videos to H. A. , THE HOUSE MANAGER , and THE OWNER OF THE VILLA ! The house staff was very friendly and nice , the CHEF WAS AMAZING! THEY WERE THE ONLY SHINING LIGHT! ROACHES LAY EGGS AND I DONT LIVE WITH ROACHES AND I DEFINITELY DONT CHOOSE TO VACATION WITH THEM! ITS DISGUSTING! THE OWNER AND HOUSE MANAGER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES ! 💨🐝n🐝!W

Wonderful property!!! I WILL BE BACK !!

Overall, the experience was wonderful. The house is perfect for entertaining A group of people. It's very updated in modern and all the beds are absolutely to die for. There were some minor things that stop me from giving this the perfect rating. If there are two things that I could change it would be the random people around the house all day long. Durham multitude of people that help with different things in the house. They're all very helpful and at your disposal. But they're there all day. The second thing would be when it comes time to pay and tip all of the the workers. Its very easy to lose track of Who You Paid and didnt. Was that being said our trip was amazing and I will return I must say the chef that we had and I can't remember his name was absolutely wonderful the dishes he created were mind-blowing. He fixes a lobster dish I suggest you have it every night that your there. I had him fix me Lobster with every new meal that he created on the side. All the help Top Notch if you get a chance to stay here I would definitely take advantage

Villa platinum was awesome and looked just as it does in the pictures.

Everything was top notch from the driver to the chef to the cleaning staff. This villa is paradise hidden within paradise. Close to everything. Was me and 5 friends and each one of them said this was their best vacation experience ever. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful Birthday Getaway Stay

What can you say but perfection? The home was truly a tropical paradise located in paradise. My friends and I spent four wonderful days at the home to celebrate another year of life, living, and friendships. The home shows better than even the photos display on screen. It is truly an oasis. But what makes this home truly special is the staff - From my engagement with Fabio and the booking team, to our wonderful chefs, fantastic housekeepers, and kind watchful security team made our stay perfect. Unbelievable 5 star vacation!!!

When I read the reviews it made me want to initially book this house, but after staying for 4 days it made me never want to leave!!!! First of all the house was breathe taking, so beautiful!!!! The attention to detail in the design & architecture of the house was top notch 😉. I was down for a girls trip, they treated us better than Royalty!!! From the airport pick up by Juan & Joshua, to them taking us anywhere our hearts desired!!! They made us feel like family. Juan was onsite everyday and was assemble 24 hours. He by the way knows everryone if you can think of an experience he will made it happen!!! Juan is the definition of a professional!! Both vans have wifi so thats a plus when you are unsure of your mobile service and you need to get down to business. The housekeepers were so pleasant and kind, they have the house smelling and looking good. They clean everything from top to bottom!!!! Im very picky and they went above & beyond to ensure it met my stardards of clean & fresh smelling house! What can I say about Adam "the chef" & his assistant but put it like this he could open a restaurant in DC in a heartbeat!!!! The food was seasoned so well and cooked perfect!!!! The breakfast omelets to salmon cakes to the way he chopped the potatoes was excellent!!!! Made with L O VE!!!! I hosted a dinner party which he prepared Salmon, salad, shrimp, grilled chicken "Tadori & Jerk", hamburgers, sausage, blackbeans & rice and everything was delicious 😁!!!! When I say we felt safe at the house, it was guarded like we were a Billion dollar vault!! David was great he was always around and if we had questions about anything he was there to help assist. I was so impressed by Davids professionalism!!! Enrico & Fabio from the start were great, and any question about the trip I had they emailed the response quickly and meeting Enrico on site was a pleasure. You want to book this house and never leave!!!! Great job by all and even better experience!!!! Sunny B

Wonderful villa and staff

Where do I start.Me and my friends had the best time of our life at this villa.From the chef,driver,security, and housekeeper.They made sure we were taken care of.It was only 4 of us but we made the best of it.We are looking forward to staying at the new location next door which will be bigger and can't wait to visit this beautiful island.The people were great and the weather was perfect.Thank you guys and we will be back.

Good Time, Good People, Good Vibes

I just stayed at this property with a group of 7 guys for a bachelor party. It was without question the best time we have ever had! The staff was super friendly, and welcoming. They took care of us, we always felt safe, and they felt much more like family than staff. Whatever you wanted they made happen. Special shout out to our chef Allen who did his thing in the kitchen! The property was beautiful. It exceeded all of our expectations 10 out of 10. We definitely felt like we were on an episode of MTV cribs. The villa is really close to the bars, clubs and casino (15min walk or 3min ride). Honestly, you could never leave the property and still have a great time. Fabio and Enrico (the property manager) were really responsive, and answered any questions we had leading up to the vacation. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning to go to Sosua, you will not want to leave! We will definitely be back! Aug 10th -Aug 14th James S.

This spectacular villa is absolutely beautiful! It is ideally located in the heart of Sosua; it is very clean, comfortable, private and luxurious. I went with 13 of my friends for a bachelor party and it was hands down the best time of our lives. There is not attention to detail left out of this villa and it was built for you to feel like royalty when living in Sosua. Shopping, tourist sites, bars, clubs, beaches and restaurants are all a few minutes away. Not only was the villa an amazing place to stay, but the staff was equally as amazing. Fabio is a easy person to work with and responds in a timely manner. The maids are very nice and do a great job keeping the place clean and organized. The chef, Adan, was very friendly and cooked us anything that we asked for and it tasted delicious! Special thanks Juan, taxi driver, for being an amazing dude! He treated us like family and took care of us as brother. If there was anything that we needed during the stay, Juan did an exceptional job getting it. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone considering visiting Sosua!

Very impressive property. Comfort, spacious and luxury all in one.

I was very impressed with the luxurious feel to this property. The privacy and comfort to go along with it was also a plus. Not far from everything, you're in walking distance to the beach or all the types of entertainment they have to offer in town. Owner was very involved and responsive the entire time. Offering a quick response time to communication. This place definitely offers up a "Wow" factor but it is a lil pricey. So If it's in your budget I would definitely recommend this villa for your stay.

Second Time at This Villa

We returned to this magnificent villa with a different group of friends and the experience once again was memorable. The villa is super clean and well maintained every day. The staff prepared us breakfast as requested to start our day....anything that we need they are always there to accommodate us with a smile. Can't wait to return to our "oasis" in the middle of downtown Sosua!

Could have been a much more pleasant stay - Fabio surely needs a new local point-of-contact

Our group of 3 families had high expectations of a 5-star villa for our first trip to DR but sadly, we were disappointed. Communications with Fabio were flawless and polite. But Fabio's local point-of-contact, Enrico (our "concierge", if you will) was unprofessional, abrasive, rude and seemingly dishonest. Upon arrival, Enrico demanded our remaining balance in cash, US dollars only, despite an email I had from Fabio assuring that credit card payments were acceptable (albeit with a fee). Having such a contentious "welcome" certainly soured our enjoyment of the property. He also did not follow-through on various requests I had been directed to send him (making arrangements for a chef). Upon our departure, Enrico tried to strong-arm us into paying 3000 pesos CASH for a toaster that would have been rejected by Goodwill and broken before our arrival. Having such a rude local agent is unfortunate for Fabio. As for the property itself, we loved the pool and being able to make meals together in the large kitchen. We overlooked the minor inconveniences of the oven not working, the tiny 4-cup coffeemaker (for a property that allegedly accommodates 16 people!), and the non-functioning dishwasher. We made do with the outdoor BBQ, made endless small pots of coffee and were grateful for Ruthie the maid who did the dishes for us daily. Other details were more difficult to tolerate -- the smell of mildew in the rooms and closets (easily remedied by simply opening up the house a day prior to our arrival); finding a live mouse in a kitchen drawer; the assurance of a washer & dryer available for our guest use that really isn't (even the maid hauled towels & sheets off the property to launder them); the lack of sufficient water pressure in the 3rd floor bathroom, making it essentially unusable. Our group understood the property to be "secure" but didn't expect that to mean an armed guard (AK47 + sidearm) posted at the villa gate each night (although we came to like him very much & appreciated his being there). We found the immediate area surrounding the property to be run-down and littered. Prostitution is still very much prevalent in Sosua. Local restaurants provided good meals, nothing outstanding. But Alicia Beach is beautiful and worth the walk. We found ourselves at the grocery store daily, hauling back provisions, especially large bottles of drinking water. Locals at the market and in restaurants were friendly & helpful.
