This is our second time staying at the Melia hotel. We love it there. It's quaint, clean and very comfortable. When we got there they upgraded us to a suite which was very nice. The pool is awesome and big. The restaurant has fabulous food.

Birthday Trip

This was our second time staying here. Very nice staff, the restaurant staff even surprised me for my bday. That was truly amazing. The rooms were clean, and just a great atmosphere.

Great hotel at a great price.

The location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The close proximity to the parks is great, especially ESPN Wide World of Sports. I will definitely rebook this hotel in the future.

If I had known that the price was 45ish more per night I would have selected another location. Hotel was fine overall, only one trashcan located in the bathroom.

Room less than desirable

The Hotel was okay and the facilities were decent but the room located near the bar/backyard area, and the room next to us played loud music and cooked. It was like they were in the room with us, and two of the morning we awoke to find cockroaches in the room. Would not stay here again.

Wouldn't say this was luxurious room but it is like the picture. It needs some repairs- bottom of bed molding coming off & the shower handle falls off when turned.Just expected more

A great place close to downtown Celebration

We loved everything about our stay. This rental is the best of both worlds- the good value of a Vrbo and the benefits of a hotel. We got daily cleaning service, a great restaurant on property (a special shoutout to the very friendly and helpful restaurant manager), and even interchangeable rooms. We decided we wanted to upgrade to a suite, and were able to do so at the front desk for a nominal fee. When you check in you pay an extra daily resort fee of 38 or around that, but it was worth it because that gets you the daily cleaning service, daily happy hour with free beer and wine, shuttle service to the parks, and classes at a nearby gym. The pool was spacious and the water wasn’t too cold, but on some days it could be difficult to find available chairs. There is a laundry facility, even though it’s not listed on the description and when I asked the host, they said there was no laundry facilities. We love to go downtown Celebration, which is nice and close - you can even walk there, although it’s somewhat of a long walk. Overall, it’s a great place!

horribly dirty

We checked in, and the lobby looked promising and good. But as soon as we got to our room we were super disappointed. Super dirty, and smelled kind of like old cigarette smoke. Bed was not comfy and the room felt gross. House keeping woke us up with their vacuuming right next to our room at 8 am both mornings. And the first morning we were there, not only did housekeeping wake us up, but at the same time they were outside weed wacking and leaf blowing right outside our window. And they have music BUMPING until like 11 each night, so not only did we not get to sleep in, but it made it hard to go to sleep. Super annoying and super disappointed in all aspects.
