While palmetto bugs can occasionally make their way indoors in Georgia despite routine professional pest control treatments, we understand that seeing one can be unsettling. Our intent was to arrange additional service, but unfortunately we were not able to coordinate a same day visit with pest control or before your immediate departure the next day. I would also like to clarify the conversation regarding your reservation. Prior to your arrival, we received a communication from VRBO indicating that the reservation had been flagged for potential event-related concerns. We shared that information with you directly and contacted VRBO together to seek clarification. At no point was our intention to accuse you of wrongdoing, but rather to communicate information that had been provided to us and ensure transparency.
