Descripción de propiedad:

Una casa verdaderamente espectacular, actualizada con las comodidades modernas. ¡Su plano de planta inverso aprovecha la excelente vista al mar desde el interior de la casa o desde la espaciosa terraza! ¡El camino directo a la playa le brinda fácil acceso al sol, la arena, el mar y la diversión!

Captain's Quarters ofrece 5 dormitorios y 3 baños, y 4 de las habitaciones están frente al mar. El tamaño de las camas incluye una cama King, 3 camas Queen, 2 juegos de literas (4 gemelas), 2 sofás cama individuales y un sofá cama Queen. Se proporcionan almohadas, colchas y mantas. NO se proporcionan sábanas, pero están disponibles para alquiler.

Great week at the beach!

Our group of 12 had a great stay! We loved being beach-front, everything was clean and comfortable and check in and check out were super easy.

Great Family Spot

We traveled with my husband’s extended family as well as my own. Ages ranged from 16-70. This house was a great fit for everyone. We have already reserved for next year!!!

Beautiful House

Beautiful house with great views from almost every room. Comfortable furniture and a large dining room that allows us to eat together. Car parking spots are on either side of the house, which allows for easy unloading - wonderful floor plan.

It was Perfect!!!

We had never been to Surf City and were unsure what to expect about the town and house. The town is a cute little beach town with everything you need but not super commercialized. This house is amazing! It was perfect for our extended family beach week vacation! The rooms are big. Everything was clean. I loved all the big windows upstairs and the sliding glass doors off of the four main bedrooms. The kitchen is large, with plenty of pans/dishes to use, and there were plenty of seats for dinner for our family of 18! I loved the private walkway to the beach and that the house was right on the beach! The outdoor showers were a must with so many little kids! I would recommend this house to anyone and we will definitely be back!!

Definitely coming back!

Wow! This home was perfect for our family of 11. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware and gadgets that we ate in all but 3 meals in the weeks time. The color scheme and decorations were comfortable and attractive. The location of the Captain’s Quarters can’t be beat- dead end road and only a mile from town! We all were wanting to stay longer and rebook this home for next year. If you want to stay here I say book it now—- just don’t take my week. Lol

Nice stay

It's a very nice home, great location. We really enjoyed the visit overall, topsail and surf city are just great. Only downside is that it is right by a trailer park (some rats on the dunes which was weird). Only other minor issue was a loose stair that two people fell on, one banged up pretty badly.

Beautiful house!

This was our 3rd year staying in the Topsail area, and this was our favorite house by far. It was very clean, kitchen was stocked, and location was perfect. We would for sure stay in this house again.

Loved Captain’s Quarters!!

Wow!! Such a great house. The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook meals! The views from all the rooms were outstanding! We absolutely loved having a grill, huge plus for us. The house was clean & spacious. Five star stay!!

Perfect House

The Captains Quarters was a great home! The house is beautiful inside and out. Located right on the beach with 2 decks. Every bedroom had access to the decks which is nice to wake up to a sunrise and waves! The home has a ton of games for evenings and downtime. We will definitely be returning to this home. The only downside would be dirty bathroom rugs and dirty a/c - filters appeared dirty. Also could not find outside lights by the grill when cooking after dark. But these things were minute compared to all the pluses. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this house. Also the rental company was easy to work with.

Family Beach Week

What a great property! super location right in Surf City with direct beach access. The kitchen is first class with a great supply of items from knives to wine glasses. Everyone had a good sleep, quiet location off the main street. The beach is nice and flat and wide along this area so we had a great time playing games and wandering at low tide. If you need a large home on the water Captains's Quarters should be on your short list.

Great beach house!

This is a great beach house! Every bedroom and the living areas have an ocean view. The each have a sliding glass door that opens on to an oceanfront deck. Plenty of games, puzzles, DVDs to entertain all age groups. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We found there were spices, hand soap, starter paper towels, and TP. It was a good experience!

Large Family Trip

This is the second time in three years we have stayed at Captain’s Quarters! We loved it just as much this time! It’s a beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a large kitchen! Perfect for a large family get-together! We love that it’s right on the ocean so we can easily go back and forth! The location is perfect and so close to retail and restaurants in Surf City! Captain’s Quarters we will be back!

Great location, great price

This was an amazing location. We were right on the beach with private access. Plenty of rooms to spare and the rooms were well insulated from each other. Plenty of amenities at the house and within 5 min drive. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Awesome Vacation!

We had a fabulous time at the Captains Quarters. The manager was very quick with responding and answered all my questions. The only thing is that I was told the property did not have a grill so I spent $125 to rent one but when I got there, they did in fact have a grill.

Beautiful home and location!

Overall a very good experience. We had a total of 11 guests in the home and everyone was very comfortable. The home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with just about any thing you might need. Access to the beach is convenient. Plenty of deck furniture for people to enjoy outdoors. The only addition that would be convenient would be an elevator as it is 3 stories which is nice for hauling luggage and groceries and accommodating to older folks. I would definitely recommend and stay in this home again. Lewis Realty was awesome to work with. I had a few questions relative to limitations that may exist due to COVID and they were able to answer. I had a question that the person I was speaking to didn’t have but she placed me on hold while she got the answer which took some time but she came back on line simply to say she was still waiting for the person with the answer to be free and she didn’t want me to think I had been forgotten. True southern hospitality. Thank you for an overall great experience all around!!

Spacious house right on the beach!

Spacious house right on the beach! We had a wonderful time in this house. Everybody had more than enough room and loved that the children were on one floor with their parents and the rest of us were on a separate floor. The kitchen was huge and we were right on the beach it was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

Great place

My family and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The place is great and had an awesome view from each bedroom. We were right on the beach and hauling chairs and toys was very easy.The only issue we had was with the air-conditioning on the first floor. It was taken care of immediately and we had no further issues. I would highly recommend this property.
