Enjoy this beautiful and spacious 2 bed apartment with sunny balcony perfectly located in the historical area of Dublin city centre. Walking distance to Temple Bar, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle, and other major Dublin attractions! Apartment is perfect for 2-5 guests: friends, family, couples or business visits. 75 sq meters means a lot of space! A sunny, large open plan living room with fully equipped modern kitchen.
Enjoy Dublin staying in spacious bright apartment.
Modern and specious apartment ideally located in an historical part of Dublin in the very heart of Dublin city centre. The apartment is just walking distance from main Dublin attractions, 5 minutes to Temple Bar and Guinness Storehouse. Medieval Dublin just around the corner. The Brazen Head official Ireland's oldest pub, dating back to 1198 it is just 4 min walk from apartment.

Living room/kitchen:
You can relax in a very spacious and bright open plan living room with a big sunny balcony with Wicklow Mountain view. There are two sofas, one is double sofa bed. TV with Irish channels, WIFI.
Dining table for six and fully equipped modern kitchen with all amenities and basics you need just like at home.

2 Bedrooms:
Each bedroom contains a double bed with a good quality mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, wooden floors, wardrobe.

Bathroom:
Family bathroom with both an electric shower and a bath. All toiletries and towels are provided for your stay.
All basics such as fresh towels, clean duvets, bed sheets, shower gel, shampoo, iron, hangers, hairdryer etc.

Early check in available, please enquire when you book. If not available check in is from 3 pm, but 99% guests can check in straight from airport.
Check-out is by 11 am sharp. If you would like to check out later, please enquire when booking the apartment. We usually can accommodate request if not you will be able to leave luggage in the apartment.
Self-check in, I will provide you a code and instructions how to check in few days before your arrival day.

Property was in a great location and communication with host was great. Clear instructions for access. Convenient to grocery, train and restaurants and major attractions. It was great that he had a couple umbrellas we could use which came in handy. Minor recommendations would be to have higher quality towels and better pillows. But in general, it was a great set up and location and we enjoyed our time on the property.

We communicated with the property owner a lot. (Frankly, we are pretty high-maintenance guests sometimes.) And they always responded quickly and were always helpful. This was a very nice stay for us.

Nice and spacious appartement, walking distance to major Dublin’s attractions. Hosts were friendly and helpful, quickly addressed all our questions. The street noise in two bedrooms could be an issue for some travellers, but we were ok with it. Lots of wardrobe space to put the clothes and some interesting books about Dublin. We enjoyed our stay.

Dublin trip

Wonderful trip to Dublin (first time) and this property was the perfect fit for everything we wanted to do. Our hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Property was clean, quiet and secure. The only negative I would add is the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall very happy with our stay.

Location and Space were the best

The location was three blocks from Guiness storehouse and about twice that to Tenple Bar. Convenient bus access. Sufficient space for the three of us with parents and adult child. Well equipped with all you need. Would suggest a fan for each of the bedrooms as the evenings were warm and stagnant in the bedrooms. Windows in these rooms were sealed. Also, helpful for foreign travelers would be charging outlets with usb powered access. Once we found the place (single door on a street of commercial shops. Hint-next to the Asian Grocer) we enjoyed the convenience of the location. Walked to Teelings, Guiness, and Temple Bar easily. Church steeple across street was great reference point for us. We considered the 2 flights of stairs as our cool down when returning from a busy day.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt's bei der Sauberkeit, die Böden und die Abstellflächen im Bad waren teilweise nicht gewischt - aber vielleicht war das auch der Preis dafür, dass wir drei Stunden früher ins Appartement konnten. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und verbindlich und die Lage hätten wir uns nicht besser wünschen können.

Great location and accommodation

Very well situated apartment within walking distance to all major attractions. The apartment was very clean with decent amenities to prepare meals, watch tv and relax. There is a nice balcony that would be a great place for a coffee or wine. Bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Dublin

A great property with early check in and plenty of space

The apartment was in a great location with some nice restaurants/pubs in the area and two convenience stores on the block. Taxis/Ubers arrived in about a minute. The owners were great to communicate with and quick to respond to any requests.

Location superb!

Fabulous apartment perfectly located for all major attractions. Comfortable and spacious. Had a few quirks and suffered from road noise, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
