Enjoy a comfortable home from home experience at this centrally-located place.
This modern interior traditional terraced house is suitable for upto 5/6 guests. A short walk into the City centre, although regular bus service at the bottom of the street. A stones throw away from array of shops and eateries. Not too far away from the local football and cricket grounds, and also local to the Motorpoint centre for Ice Hockey matches and Music events.
The space
The property has been recently decorated throughout, with a stylish & modern interior, The outside space has also been under renovation and has a wonderful secure & private seating area for those warm sunny evenings.
There are 2 sturdy chunky wood - King size beds, with a dressing table area and space to hang your clothes, in addition there is also a small double sofa bed in the Living room which potentially gives the property sleeping spaces of up to 5/6 people.
A fully equipped kitchen & luxury fresh linen and towels provided.
Guest access
Access to the property will be via keybox, and there is on street parking with no permits in operation.
