Este increíble apartamento situado en la zona del "Carmelo francés" se encuentra a poca distancia de los jardines y el templo de Bahai. A 10 minutos en coche de las playas y restaurantes más bellos de Haifa. A 5 minutos del centro de Carmel, con tiendas, teatros y una gran variedad de cafeterías y experiencias gastronómicas únicas.
La Universidad de Haifa y el Technion están a 20 minutos. El centro de Haifa, con su antigua colonia y puerto alemanes renovados, ofrece más variedad de restaurantes étnicos para comer.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful flat

We had an absolutely lovely time in Miriam's flat. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and was extremely well stocked. And the view is incredible! We look forward to returning one day.

Perfect stay at Haifa

This is our 2d time and preferred place for our stay at Haifa. Modern apartment, remodeled, very well maintained, with lot of natural lights, and amazing bay view specially at night. It has everything we needed for a stay as family. Location is perfect. Up to 10 minutes by car from restaurants at Downtown, or Carmel Center, or the German Colony. The Bahai Garden, and the beautiful beaches of Haifa are also near by. The host Miriam, and Uri the property manager, are super responsive, and made our stay feels at home.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment with a splendid view on the harbor. The rooms are big and we found everything we needed in the house. We were welcomed by Uri, who told us everything we needed to know and who helped us very fast when we needed him. Very friendly and helpful. After booking we got a message that the house was double booked. We had to find another place to stay for one night. The owner compensated us sufficiently, so overall we are content. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect Apartment

We had a wonderful experience staying at Miriam’s apartment. We had two adults and both a 17 and 10 year old. It was the perfect amount of space, with everything available that you would need to live - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer, and most important a spacious full bathroom with an extra half bathroom. We were very comfortable! Also, we always had parking right outside our door. We were able to get to the beach, German Colony, and other areas of Haifa easily by car because of its central location. Uri, the property manager, was easy to get in touch with and quickly gave responses. All in all, a PERFECT APARTMENT!

Fantastic View

This unit is situated on a beautiful block and has a fantastic view. The apartment is light and airy, and Miriam is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I hope we can come back again!

A Real Gem

The apartment is located on the North facing of Carmel Mt with amazing view to the harbor and Haifa Bay. Recently renovated, bright and clean design. We had there all we needed for a family stay of 4 (2 old kids) along 2 weeks stay. The property manager was easy to communicated with and available for any question, who also went an extra mile to make us happier, we arrived at 1am and he was very nice to buy us some fresh grocery ahead. Location wise, for us it worked perfectly, close to our family, 15 minutes driving from Dado beach, Carmel Center, Downtown Haifa with tons of great restuarat, pubs and bars.

Best vacation apartment that we’ve ever rented

Best vacation apartment that we’ve ever rented. I cannot over praise the wonderful experience we had in Haifa because of the apartment. The view of the harbor was outstanding. We found her self each day as we got up looking out the window and counting the boats. The house was immaculate and had everything that you could possibly want both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Haifa. I would go out in the morning and walk to any number of coffee shops and restaurants. If you are planning on visiting Haifa, there is no better place to stay.

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een vakantie in het Noorden van Israël

Zeer comfortabel appartement op een prachtige locatie in Haïfa, met parkeergelegenheid. Het uitzicht alleen al is een verblijf waard. Van hieruit kun je met een huurauto heel gemakkelijk binnen een week het beste van Noord-Israël genieten.

Home away from home

Großzügige hervorragend ausgestattete wohnung in zentraler und gleichzeitig ruhiger Lage. Große Räume , reiclich Schrankraum, bequeme Betten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütlicher Wohnraum und sehr schöner Balkon mit großartiger Aussicht. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, der Preis völlig angemessen. Jederzeit wieder!

Amazing accommodation

Our stay at Miriams Apartment in Haifa was simply fantastic. We loved the proximity of the apartment to the Baha'i gardens and Pilgrim Reception Center. We enjoyed the good beds, lovely terrace, well equipped kitchen and proximity to shops, transportation, and the rest of Haifa. Highly recommend this place for families.

Lovely and spacious apartment with a good location and a fabulous view.

This is a well-maintained, large and remodeled apartment ¾ of the way up the Carmel. The owner is very gracious and has provided just about everything one could want for a stay of any length. We hope to be able to return some day.

Beautiful Hidden and Quiet Location

You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here! Miriam and Riva were super helpful before, and during our stay. Laundry is great, place is super clean and spacious - the patio and view are amazing. Haifa is a great place with diversity and beautiful beaches, and this place helps you relax when you get ready or come back from a big day. Highly recommend it!

Perfect Place

This apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos. The place is immaculate, and the view from the terrace is spectacular. We stayed for six nights- two adults and two teenagers. Plenty of space and very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Amazing Views of Haifa Bay

Enjoyed our stay for the month of May 2016 in the apartment on HaTsalvanim. Besides the phenomenal view and accommodations, it is close to a lot of very good restaurants. Definitely would consider returning in the near future.

Amazing Apartment

Our family of 5 people stayed here from 27 March to 5 April 2016. The apartment was wonderful. One bedroom was prepared with 3 beds for our teenagers, the other bedroom with a large bed. There was enough closet space and we lived organised, clean and tidy with proper space for all our clothes and belongings for 9 days. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the terrace. The location was ideal - a 8 minute walk to the beautiful Bahai Properties and a quiet retreat after a long day. We had made a mistake with our booking dates and realised it much later. Mrs. Eger was very kind and had no problem to make the necessary changes without penalty. Riva was always available if we had questions and very helpful. Free parking was available in front of the apartment and we never had trouble finding a spot. We have stayed in many hotels in Haifa, but nothing was as beautiful as this apartment. Highly recommend it to anyone staying in Haifa.

sauberes Apartment mit toller Aussicht

Nachdem wir eine Woche in Tel Aviv waren, verbrachten wir mit unseren beiden Kindern eine weitere Woche in Miriams Wohnung in Haifa, wo wir uns ausgesprochen wohl fühlten. Trotz recht hoher Außentemperaturen war es im Apartment sehr angenehm und wir brauchten die Klimaanlage nicht einschalten. Beeindruckt waren wir von der umfangreichen Ausstattung. Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Lage in einem Wohngebiet; die Nachbarn sind freundlich. Alles ist ausgesprochen sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Hafen ist atemberaubend und wunderschön. Haifa ist eine schöne, moderne Stadt. Empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug zu den Grotten nach Rosh HaNikra an die libanesische Grenze. Außerdem waren wir in Akko und sind ein weiteres Mal nach Jerusalem gefahren. Man kann von Haifa aus selbstverständlich noch viele weitere Tagesausflüge starten, da wir aber mit Kindern gereist sind, waren wir öfter auch am Strand und sogar einmal im Zoo. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den vielen Spielplätzen, auch in naher Umgebung. Der Kontakt zu Miriam und ihrer Vertreterin vor Ort Riva war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und wir haben stets korrekte Auskünfte erhalten. Insgesamt möchten wir uns der umfangreichen Bewertung von Hans aus Zürich (Dez.2012) anschließen. Es hat uns allen sehr gefallen! Vielen lieben Dank Riva und Miriam! Kathrin & Andre

Bliss in the arms of the Carmel Mountains

It is not easy to find words that had not been said before by happy and satisfied tourists who an opportunity to be your “guests”. But let us try. We spent two and a half months in the apartment this winter, and had found relaxation, quietude and happiness here. (And we are not easy customers to please.) Of course, the view is breathtaking, but by itself that would not be enough. The care of the furnishing, the attention to the guests’ well-being and the good taste of everything make it absolutely superior to any hotel or guest place that we have ever experienced. Waking up in the morning and looking out to the garden, listening to the birds above is sheer bliss. Miri, not only our heartfelt thanks to you, but our fair warning: you’ll have difficulty to keep us away from your place in the future.

Absolutely wonderful place, we highly recommend

My husband and I rented this apartment in January (2015) and were thrilled upon our arrival to discover that it was everything we had hoped to find, and more! First, it was very spacious and comfortable, accommodating our family of 4 people. It has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large living area, and a balcony with a beautiful view of Haifa, including the Baha'i Shrine. Second, it had everything you would need, including a washing machine and dryer. Finally, it was completely charming, and was located in a lovely neighborhood close to the Baha'i Gardens. It was a pleasure to work with Miriam and her apartment manager. They were both friendly and accommodating, and made it easy for us to find our way and make ourselves feel at home. We hope we can return there again one day.

Great for Baha'i pilgrims

We rented this apartment because it was near the Baha'i World Centre and it met our needs for space with our 12 year old daughter. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Shrine of the Bab. It was very clean and had everything we needed including wifi and a fully outfitted kitchen. The view, did I mention the view. Gorgeous. Riva, the caretaker was very helpful. I would say the only drawback to staying here was because our luggage got lost. If we had stayed in a hotel the hotel staff would have been on hand to accept the delivered bags, unfortunately, I stayed behind and missed a day of pilgrimage because I had to wait on the bags. The pilgrimage staff at the World Centre were extremely helpful, and made sure I was able to see everything that I had missed by putting me with another pilgrim group for part of a day. All in all every thing work out just as it should. I am still very glad we stayed there! Thanks again Riva and Miriam!

I grew up in this house since we immigrated to Israel in 1949 from Hungary. We lived on the lower apartment, where my brother is living now, and this apartment was my parents office.
My parents had a real estate office there named Signon-Szamosi.

I live in the US now with my family for almost 30 years. We kept that apartment for our family so we can visit more often and for longer times as we approach retirement. The apartment was completely renovated to accommodate our family of four. I especially love the thick stone walls, the high ceilings and of course the spectacular view .

Early in the morning you can watch the sun rise and at night all the sparkling lights of the harbor and down town Haifa. This view is never boring since you can watch the ships coming and going to the harbor.
Very quiet cul-de-sac, yet minutes from downtown, the Carmel center, museums and beaches.
