This upscale 3BR/3BA duplex is nestled just on the edge of Upper Lawrenceville, making it super quiet and residential but also incredibly accessible to all the major hotspots in Pittsburgh's most popular neighborhood - Lawrenceville.
The unique thing about this luxury duplex is it has been completely renovated and furnished with short-term rental guests in mind every step of the way! All mattresses are memory foam, crisp new linens & towels, in addition to all the amenities that would come along with a hotel - including but not limited to: blow dryer, Keurig w pods and a variety of sweeteners, comfortable living room furniture, plenty of seating to entertain a few friends, cooking utensils, privacy blinds, workspaces, and MUCH more.
We have carefully designed the space to pay tribute to Pittsburgh's POP ART scene - bright colors are beautifully balanced with comfortable amenities throughout the entire space along with Local literature sure to get those juices flowing when you need travel recommendations or want to learn more about the fantastic Steel City.
The apartment consists of three large screen Smart TV's which include Netflix, Hulu, etc. as well as free & fast Wifi throughout.
Check-in is a breeze with our August Home keyless entry system, no need to keep track of keys!
Parking is also included as it is free street parking along the entire street.
Guests are welcome to use the Washer & Dryer as well - detergent provided.

Lawrenceville is a magnificent location in Pittsburgh that has been voted #1 on Time's "10 Coolest Neighborhoods" list. Easily walk to the main drag of Butler Street where exceptional boutiques, cafes, and restaurants are all within reach.

If you want to check out Lawrenceville - this place is within walking distance. Otherwise, this space is located just half a block off of Butler street where you can catch a bus to go anywhere in the city, or of course... take a Lyft/Uber... use code "412airb" for a couple bucks off!

Two exterior steps are mandatory when entering the home, inside the apartment are no steps, and a large standing shower - making this place a potential hotspot for elderly guests or folks with disabilities. Please inquire for more details.
