Muy cómodo apt. ubicado en el lujoso Icon Condominium de piedra de mármol. La ubicación es excelente. A poca distancia (minutos) para todo, desde la enorme centro comercial moderno de la vida nocturna exótica. Sin embargo, muy tranquila, lugar privado. Construido en 2012. Portero, Seguridad 24/7. cama queen size, TV por cable - 42 " 'de Samsung (74 canales), / DVD del sistema de audio y vídeo cd. Aire acondicionado / control remoto. Hola velocidad Wi-Fi en la habitación. cocina totalmente equipada, nevera de tamaño completo, mostradores de granito. baño con azulejos de piedra muy limpia, amplia ducha. Excelente presión de agua. Pequeño balcón con excelente vista. * Las tasas de largo plazo también. Muy limpio .... muy fresco.

Excellent apartment, perfect location, excellent host! There's a 7-11 three minutes away, a great coffee shop on the corner, a supermarket within 10 minutes walk if you want to cook, and amazing restaurants within 5 or 10 minutes in any direction. You can get your laundry done for you at the corner for a few hundred pesos, the guards at the front door keep the building safe, and the aircon in the suite works great. 10 out of 10!

Great stay!

I stayed there for a couple weeks in June. Fairly quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to SM Clark and places in Angeles.Small but cozy property. The Aircon worked well, has Internet and cable. We didn’t cook, but could have. Really enjoyed my time there.

Great Stay Once Again

Excellent Accommodations

As the old saying goes, it's all about "location, location, location"!! This apartment was not only modern, but in the perfect location. It was close to the bars and restaurants, the grocery store, the cleaners, but was tucked away from all of the noise. The apartment was clean and spacious, the internet was good, and the staff was very accommodating and courteous. I will definitely be renting this place again!!

My stay

Everything was nice. Once I was in had to turn everything on staff was somewhat helpful but had to bug them a fee times. Safe never worked for me and bed a bit uncomfortable.

There was not a person at the property to check me in. I was forced to find another place to stay. I complained to the manager and he said he would get back to me, but that has been 3 weeks. I don't feel that I should have to pay for something that was not provided. I am disappointed that Expedia would represent such a poorly managed property.

Rick was a courteous and attentive host. The property is in a quiet location within the bustling hub of Angeles, yet not far from the action of Feilds. Five minutes walk or so to Walking St and seconds to lovely cafes and massage spas. Self-contained flat with all the mod cons.

Great place, great location has it’s downfalls

If you read the others reviews. They all highly recommend this place with nothing negative to say. The place is great, good location. My only negative things to say about it. $4.83 US a day for water and electricity is a complete ripoff and the place needs a microwave. It’s abit pricey as well. Better staying at Kandi apartments in my opinion.

Absolutely first rate!

The ad doesn't do this place justice. Rick is a superb owner and a class act, and the apartment is far better than any hotel you'd pay triple for. It's damn near perfect--great balcony, kitchen, fast wifi--and close to everything (5 mins walk) without all the noise. I can't recommend it enough! Don't scroll past this, don't look at another ad--THIS is where you want to be!

Loved the location. Simple clean affordable. Love the 24 hr guard at the doors.

I will definitely stay here again when i come back. We loved the location. Close to everything we needed. Everyone was so kind and courteous. The 24 hour guard at the front door was top notch. Great job Rick!!

ricks condo is perfect as always

great location away from the noise but close enough to walk 5 min any direction to some place to eat or drink . always a pleasure when dealing with rick . he has never let me down in all my times going . the place is great clean and secure . guards are amazing always helping out and going above and beyond . the place is always the first I look for when I go .

Quality living at a value price

I feel fortunate to have found the ideal spot to spend my vacation in Angeles City. I looked at long term deals at hotels, and went so far as to look at a few furnished apartments....nothing came close to providing the quality of stay as my condo at Icon. Pricing, while more than an apartment, was way less than any hotel that provides the same quality of living. 24 hour security, doorman, and a staff that is almost invisible until you need them...and they are extremely professional and conscientious. I have nothing negative to say about the condominium....to the contrary: everything was positive about my stay there. I lived in my unit for 4 months and felt lucky to have found it every time I walked in the door. The building is 200 meters from Fields Avenue. It is a safe walk at all hours and it is just far enough removed to be able to provide a quiet environment to reside in. I go to bed relatively early usually and rise early, as well. There was never an issue with excessive noise in the 4 months I stayed there. Full sized refrigerator, convection stove top and oven.....I cooked at least one meal a day and the AC kept the unit nice and cool. Big Samsung flat screen TV with DVD player...great mattress...plenty of storage and cabinets. I can't say enough good things about my stay here. Water pressure is good and the internet (hard wire broadband) gave me 3.9 download and 1.6 upload when I ran the speedtest. I use a MagicJack for overseas phone calls and the reception was crystal clear. There is a reputable money changer on the street, laundry service, a great barber shop for a straight edge shave, and a couple of restaurants that make it easy for a quick bite to eat. Overall....I think I got lucky and found one of the better rental opportunities in Angeles City.

This apartment is rare & unique. I say that because i am a builder, since 1982 in Honolulu, Hawaii. I know what it takes to add details to an interior space. And the interior design of this apartment utilizes great taste & style from the soft blue ceiling lights over the bed to the very extraordinary detailed dimensions of the way the ceiling thru out was created......( not just a flat ceiling that is so common.) A jewel of an apartment in a very stylish first class building. This is why those who experience staying in the apartment, return & know the value of being able to have their surroundings in style for such a cost effective amount.
