This condo offers granite counter tops, upgraded kitchen cabinets and appliances. Recently installed luxury plank flooring makes it easy to keep the place clean! This oceanfront condo is perfect spot for a family on vacation, or even a couple of snowbirds in the off-season! (Reach out for reduced winter rates.)

Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
