Whispering Hollow is a private forest hideaway just 7 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs—close to dining, shops, and attractions, yet tucked into peaceful pines and quiet woodland paths.

Couples can slow down with coffee in the glass room, soft light, and stargazing by the fire pit. Families will love the space to spread out, cozy sleeping areas, and room to roam outside. Thoughtfully stocked and designed for comfort, it’s an easy, memorable escape—close to town, but it feels worlds away.

We give guests plenty of privacy, but we’re close by and happy to help. Message anytime through the app—responses are usually quick during the day. You’ll also find simple instructions in the house manual for an easy self-check-in and stay.

Whispering Hollow is a quiet, wooded retreat where you’ll often spot deer, hawks, owls, wild turkeys, and (occasionally) bobcats. We’re continuing to landscape and nurture the natural setting—please enjoy the property with care and respect for wildlife and neighbors.

Self check-in with keyed entry. You’ll receive the lock box code + easy arrival directions the morning of check-in. Parking is on-site at the home. Please arrive before dark if possible—our last stretch is a quiet, wooded road and the driveway is easiest to navigate in daylight.

The Space

Whispering Hollow is an open-concept forest retreat filled with natural light and surrounded by woodland views. Large windows and a bright glass room bring the outdoors in—perfect for slow mornings with coffee and watching birds and wildlife just beyond the trees.

Step outside to roam the land, wander by the creek, explore seasonal wildflowers, or gather around the fire pit under star-filled skies with very little light pollution. We invite you to enjoy the woodland with wonder and respect.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom (Main Level)
• One queen bed
• One twin bed (cozy nook or additional sleeping space)
Both beds are located in the same master bedroom.

Bedroom 2 (Lower Level)
• One queen bed
• Located off the recreation room
• Opens to outdoor patio and backyard

Bedroom 3 (Lower Level)
• One queen bed
• Located off the recreation room

TRANSIT / GETTING HERE

Whispering Hollow is about 7 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs (~4 miles north of town).

IMPORTANT DRIVEWAY NOTE:
The final 1/2 mile is a steep, rocky gravel drive with natural bumps and ruts. For the most comfortable and stress-free arrival, most guests strongly prefer a 4x4, SUV, or truck—especially after heavy rain or during winter weather. Many guests do arrive safely in a standard sedan by driving slowly and carefully, but low-clearance vehicles are not recommended. If you’re in a low-clearance vehicle, we strongly recommend choosing a different vehicle for this stay.

DIRECTIONS:
We have large, clear directional signs leading to the driveway—please follow these signs closely. GPS occasionally directs guests to the wrong driveway, so the signs are the most reliable guide.

• GPS: GPS occasionally directs guests to the wrong driveway. Please follow the large directional signs on arrival.

• Septic: We’re on septic—please do not flush wipes or personal hygiene products (even “flushable” wipes) and do not pour grease down the drains.
