The condo was excellent! We were just South of the Branson strip, so we had easy access to everything. The golf course was in great shape. My wife and I played 13 holes, and it was very affordable. We will be back!

Property was clean.Property has mold issue above kitchen that caused us to have headaches most of the week. Kudos to the management team for using Kilz to seal the ceiling and bringing in an Ozone machine for a few hours. It helped temporarily but for the long-term, the owner will need to figure out what is behind the sheetrock.

Everything was great, until...

We loved this place so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Then some people moved into the unit above us. They arrived late, moved their things in and stomped around until 12:00 midnight or so. We could also hear children running. The next night was exactly the same. Then at 2:30 am, they woke me up talking. Heavy footed adults (2) and children should not choose an upper unit. People are so completely inconsiderate.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with noise, especially late at night when you’re trying to rest. While we do our best to ensure all guests have a peaceful stay, sometimes noise from neighboring units can be an issue, and we regret that this impacted your time with us. Your feedback is very helpful, and we’ll work on ways to address this, such as better soundproofing or additional communication with guests about noise levels. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was very clean . It was just as advertised . Easy to get to , no stairs. Has a wonderful 3 season room for an additional area and it has bunk beds that we appreciated .
