The home is brand new inside and it shows. The home is thoughtfully decorated and is clean, modern, and comfortable throughout, catering to the guest that just expects more, without the higher price tag.
The living room and the master bedroom spill out onto the large covered balcony offering breathtaking views and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Perfect setting for watching the dolphins over a cup of coffee in the morning, or toasting another perfect day as the sun sets over the gulf.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, gulf views, balcony access and ensuite bath
The guest room features a queen bed and bath access.
There is also a beautifully designed, custom bunk nook for extra sleeping.
All mattresses are new and exceptionally comfortable.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and the conveniences you expect.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00 Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.

Grand Panama 604 is beach front and is located in the best area of the beach. Close to Pier Park, Shoppes at Edgewater, The Gulfarium, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and all of the fun at PCB. Dozens of restaurants nearby, and unlimited entertainment options await.

Grand Panama Resort offers a spectacular gulf front resort pool area with hot tub, tiki bar, and gulf access. The views are fantastic. There is also an additional pool topside of building 2 for more views, and an onsite fitness facility is included in your stay.
