First off the do's and don'ts are sent to you prior to you even booking the reservation. In the dues and Dan specifically says that if you cannot do then don’t book. It is playing and clear. This guess stated that they would have two dogs at the property. The film show that they had three dogs there not only did they have dogs there. They left a ton of dog crap just thrown there into the garbage can. I wouldn’t rent to this person again if his life depended on it , then on top of that it was also picked up on the film of someone smoking there at the property when it specifically says no smoking. No smoking no vaping no illegal drugs no nothing. It also states no filming no taking pictures. Clearly this guy was on the camera, taking pictures of himself and his uniform there at the property when it specifically says no pictures. I don’t know what it is for people to understand dues and don’ts this is not your property , this is not your home and when you come here, we expect you to treat it like it’s not your property or not your home what you do at your home is fine. You do that at your home but what you do at our property if you can’t understand the dues and don’ts, I would highly suggest that you find a place that you can do which is a motel at 10 AM here it is 1030. The may couldn’t even get into the property. These people were there lingering around. One guy in Black was walking around smoking cigarettes everywhere. I had cigarette butts there in my yard when it clearly said no smoking. When the housekeeper went there, these people were supposed to check in at one time but check in significantly later. It is not the responsibility to send a code the code is sent automatically through VRBO. At the end of the day, this is our property. If you don’t like what we ask you to do on our property I would suggest that you get your own property and therefore you can do whatever it is that you’d like to do on your own property and on your own time. You clearly did not complain about staying there not one time you have my number. Yes you called it was not my responsibility to make sure that you had a code to get in and out of the property that code is emergency code. It works for a certain period of time because you kept putting the code in over and over again versus calling Vrbo like I explained to you to do the first beginning this is why the issue arose. And there is nothing different from the pictures except for the furniture that we changed in the living room and the pictures have been updated. Maybe you don’t understand that in those pictures that is one set of covers on the bed. People do change the covers that they have on the bed I hope you’re not expecting to go to a property and the same cover that listed in the photo will be the cover that’s on the property on the bed. That’s not how it works. We change our covers Every single time we have someone there at the property we sanitize the property. That’s what you pay the cleaning fee for. Again, all of that was explained to you and the dues and don’ts and it was filled out very clearly. Never had a problem before until you came along . Then you had extra guest there that was not on the reservation that was staying there that it would be one number, but clearly it was a totally different number saying there you wasn’t charged for those extra people you were in fact, going to be charged for leaving the dog crap just laying however in the garbage can the city of Alexandria will only pick up trash if it is in garbage bags. Plenty of garbage bags were left for you in the kitchen. You chose to just throw dog crap there in the garbage container , this is one reason why a lot of landlords and property owners don’t allow pets because people don’t know how to care for them when they’re at their property.
