Main House (2 bed & 2 bath):

-Open concept living includes comfy living room and convertible large kitchen island, which converts into a dining table for 6

-Private master retreat at back of house with queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, separate access to back deck, and spa-like ensuite w/ dual vanity & soaker tub

-Guest bedroom includes queen size bed, fireplace, closet, and its own private bathroom with glass-enclosed shower

-Fully equipped kitchen includes: Stainless Steel Appliances (fridge, gas range, microwave, & dishwasher), electric tea kettle (w/ herbal teas), coffee maker (w/ regular & decaf), and toaster oven

-Multiple outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing, including a raised sitting porch (with view of Krog Street Tunnel); a large back deck that turns into a magical evening retreat at night; and a backyard for hanging out

-Private parking for one car located in backyard (gravel pad) with additional street parking available for extra cars



Tiny House (1 loft bedroom & 1 bath):

-Open concept living includes comfy seating in living area and dining seating for 4 at table

-Upstairs stand up sleeping loft features queen-sized bed and nightstands

-Kitchen includes: Stainless Steel Appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, & 2 burner hot plate), electric tea kettle (w/ herbal teas), coffee maker (w/ regular & decaf), large toaster oven (for baking)

-Patio area features a two person bistro set with string lights and decor for outdoor relaxing

-Private parking for a car located at entry (gravel pad). If you have a larger vehicle, there is plenty of street parking available.

This rental listing includes both a main house and tiny house on the property, which share a driveway but are divided by a privacy fence. Each house has its own seperate parking. The main house has a front entryway and front sitting porch, as well as a back deck entry and backyard (accessible from a back alleyway). The tiny house has a back entry and patio area, accessible from a back alleyway only.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits in the heart of Atlanta’s hippest neighborhood for artists and young families! 100 feet from this home is Atlanta’s Krog Street Tunnel, an iconic tunnel filled with street art, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk on the Beltline! We’re just one block from Cabbagetown Park (perfect for picnics and play time) and Atlanta’s famous Beltline (lined with popular restaurants, art installations, breweries, shopping and much more). Also, this home is a short walk to Krog Street Market (filled with restaurants & eateries), restaurants on Carroll St, and a quick drive to all of Atlanta’s other top neighborhoods and attractions.



Getting Around:

So much available within walking distance from this home (see location section for details). There’s even space to securely store bikes if you choose to bring them, as well. The Beltline is within 100 feet of this home and connects some of Atlanta’s most popular neighborhoods so I highly recommend a walk, scooter (available for rent), or bike ride during your stay. We’re also just a short drive to all of Atlanta’s attractions and hotspots with ridesharing services Lyft and Uber available.

Please note, we DO NOT allow for EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS because our homes are occupied with guests back to back.
