Amazing Location

Could not have found a better accomodation location than Trinity Beach directly across the road from the beach. Close to cafes, beach, public transport, beautiful pool, pretty much anything you need for a relaxing holiday

Fantastic location and views. It is a walk to any of the eateries. Across the road from the beach. A good kitchen, although we didn't actually cook in it.

The condo location is phenomenal, walking within 5 minutes to 6-8 restaurants and the beach! The condo is a little dated, but the ac in one of the rooms did not work and needs a new coffee maker. There were some issues out of the owners control, but all in all, it is a good price point for what you are getting. The location makes up for a lot of it.

Perfect family vaycay!

Our accommodation was just perfect - terrific size, great location, amazing views and everything we needed in terms of facilities. Matt (host) was super helpful in providing information about the areas and always responsive to queries. We would definitely love to come back her again if we get the chance. Thanks

Paradise by the Beach

Matt’s unit at Trinity Beach is perfectly located with uninterrupted beach views. A short stroll to excellent restaurants and is well places to drive all of the amazing activities in Far North Queensland, from reef to rainforest! Matt is a perfect host, great communicator and provided loads of local tips. Our family of four loved our holiday.

Loved everything about this place especially the main balcony which is more spacious than it appears in the photos. Well equipped and comfortable beds. A/C in every room and ceiling fans. Pool was perfect for the kids and us to enjoy. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was wonderful. Great base for exploring the region, thank you.

Great Location and huge apartment.

The “Beach Shack” was fantastic! Three big rooms, great living area overlooking Trinity Beach and an amazing pool to relax in after looking around the Cairns area. We have stayed in Cairns several times and this has been by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. Normally you have to go to a shop as soon as you check in to a place but this place was full of everything from garbage bags to soap and shampoo.. great! Matt was a great communicator and check in instructions clear and concise making the process simple. We will be staying there again!

We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at The Beach Shack. The first of our group arrived late at night and Matt gave really clear instructions and made it so easy to access the accomodation. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable family holiday - we won't hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful trip, the accommodation was perfect, exactly as described. The location was stunning and a fantastic place to stay for exploring all Cairns and the surroundings has to offer. I highly recommend The Beach Shack, Matthew was very attentive and answered texts promptly. We will definitely be back😊

Perfect Family "Beach Shack" Loved the location

The Beach Shack met our needs and our 5 member family was well catered for, a home away from home. The location was fantastic, gorgeous morning views and the family enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment was as described + more, Matt is a fantastic host, extremely helpful with great knowledge of the area. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for families. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to have a fantastic family holiday Matt!

Great location and an owner who is available to answer questions

The Beach Shack was the highlight of the various lodging locations we had while visiting Australia - we stayed in 4 different places. From initial booking until after we left the unit, Matthew (the owner) was available to us to answer any questions we had. The unit itself was lovely and comfortable and exactly as it appeared in the photos (and that's rare). It had every appliance you could want or need and the beds were very comfortable. It's the ideal location - literally across the street from the ocean and the best spot in the entire complex. Sitting on one of the 2 balconies, we were able to instantly relax as we listened to the crashing and splashing of the ocean waves. We loved it so much, we decided to extend our stay by an additional 2 days, but unfortunately, the unit was booked and we had to vacate. We were able to secure another unit in the complex and quite frankly - that unit didn't measure up to the Beach Shack; it didn't even come close. If I ever go to Cairns again, the Beach Shack is the only place I'd stay. I would even schedule my trip dates around this unit's availability. Thank Matthew!!!

Our home away from home

We love staying at the beach shack Trinity Beach. This was our 4th visit. Lovely accommodation, well stocked kitchen, good location and Matthew is a fantastic host. Never have we had a host go above and beyond to the degree Matthew has. If he is able to accommodate a request he does. Thanks so much Matthew

Gorgeous! Our family of 5 absolutely loved staying at The Beach Shack last week. The apartment is very clean and all updated, with everything needed included, like pillows, beach towels, tea towels, etc. The view of the ocean through the palm trees is amazing! We enjoyed eating on the balcony and listening to the surf all day. The pool at Coral Sands was very fun for the kids, who spent half their time swimming in the ocean across the street and half snorkeling in the pool. Matthew was excellent to work with, accommodating our late check-in and providing us with lots of local information. The Beach Shack provided us with a parking spot in the underground parking at Coral Sands, which was perfect for parking the rental car. We had a snorkel excursion out of Port Douglas, and spent part of our time in Cairns and Palm Cove, but I have to say we found Trinity Beach to be the nicest area to stay and relax at the pool and beach. Very family friendly area, and we really felt blessed to have had a stay here. Thanks, Matt!
