Located along the iconic Golden Mile, this is arguably one of the most desirable areas in all of Myrtle Beach. Our newly renovated condo is less than a 10-minute drive from many of the area's top attractions. Enjoy gorgeous ocean views, beach access directly across the street, a sparkling outdoor pool, a spacious living area, an oversized balcony, and so much more!
This beautifully updated apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, custom cabinetry, a full kitchen, dining area, and an oversized balcony with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, built-in storage surrounding the bed, a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The master bath features a custom tile shower with glass doors, a vanity with quartz countertops, and a well-lit mirror. Guests can also access the balcony directly from the master bedroom.
Centrally located in the unit, the fully stocked kitchen is a highlight of this property. It features stunning quartz countertops, ample cabinetry, a double-basin sink, subway tile backsplash, and full-size stainless steel LG appliances including a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and wall-mounted microwave. We've stocked the kitchen with all basic necessities including dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Guests will also enjoy a cozy bar area with four stools for casual dining or morning coffee.
Just off the kitchen, the living room is the perfect space to unwind. It includes a large sofa, accent chairs, a flat-screen TV, coffee table, side tables, and access to the private balcony. Guests consistently rave about the balcony and its stunning ocean views—it's truly the most relaxing area of the entire condo.
The guest bedroom features one queen-size bed with a queen-size trundle bed underneath, offering sleeping space for up to four guests. This room also includes a small desk/workspace, floor lamp, ceiling fan, and a window that brings in natural light. The second bathroom is conveniently located just outside this bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo with beautifully tiled walls, a vanity with quartz countertop, and a large mirror.
Pack light! We provide our guests with fresh bath towels, washcloths, bedding, and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Starter toiletries are also included: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided inside the unit. Guests will also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and basic cable during their stay.
Please be aware of the community's quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Out of respect for our neighbors—many of whom are full-time residents—we ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Violations may result in fines starting at $75 and could lead to eviction in more serious cases.
