Private Home in Emerald Island Resort (EIR). Enjoy the best of both worlds! Your recently updated home provides maximum relaxation. EIR is just 3 miles from Walt Disney World and easy access to other Orlando attractions. After a busy day at the parks enjoy a serene, year-round heated pool and spa (no extra fee for pool heat) or the fully stocked game room. Experience all that EIR has to offer with Club House, larger pool, spa, mini-golf, volleyball, tennis, nature walking trails and more.

Home is under new host with new local house managers. House management crew is available 24/7 for urgent needs.

Recent updates include additional outdoor furniture, refreshed bed, bath, and kitchen linens (plus plenty of pool towels).

We hope you find our home just as comfortable and relaxing as we do. It's our pleasure to welcome you to your vacation rental. We aim to have you as return guests even before your first stay!

Great stay

The beds and the pillows, was heavenly. We enjoyed the hot spa after a hectic day at the parks. Everything was close, driving was easy. Enjoyed the beach towels in a basket by door, they furnish more then any other house I have stayed at, Mr Jim was very easy to talk to never had no problems not even with front gate , will stay here again.

Wonderful property close to the parks but quiet, lovely, safe neighbourhood. Pool was perfect and beds comfortable. Host is very quick to respond, great communication, and provided everything we needed and more to have an amazing vacation. Definitely recommend!

Nice and quiet

Although, we were only 4 adults, this would be a perfect place for 2 family with kids and teens. 1 king and 1 queen with private bathroom, and 2 room for the kids with their own bathroom. Living room for adults, and finished playroom in garage.

Excellent stay!

We recently stayed at this wonderful house and had an overall great experience. The pool and spa were fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The entire house was very clean, which we appreciated. However, the bed in the master bedroom was a bit firm for our taste. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others looking for a great getaway.

Awesome hospitality

The host was very responsive! I loved how nice this place was, the only complaint was that the pool was always warm but that’s not always a bad thing. The rooms were perfect for us and the four year old loved the wall stickers! We had a great time getting in and out of the neighborhood and even invited over a few guests. 10/10 would stay again, next time in Florida!

Great house!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, spacious, nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc were provided. We appreciated that there were ample trash bags. The location is good - close to Disney, restaurants, Publix, Target. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. We will definitely stay at this property again. My only suggestion is a railing for the pool to make it easier for people with arthritis and mobility challenges to get in and out.

This our second stay at this property and just as great as the first visit. There were a few things that are minor (to us) but maybe helpful to others. -The master king bedroom is the hottest room in the house and not sure if its the outdoor access door in the bathroom that causes it but just be aware you may need to bring a fan if you like cooler temp to sleep. - the floors feel dusty (which could be from walking in and out with shoes on). There is a mop and bucket on site, but just another thing to be aware. -the pillows in the master king are not so fluffy, would suggest bringing own or they maybe replaced by your visit, but just something else to consider.We will continue to book this location for future trips with/without our pup!

Marissa - thanks for staying with us again. It’s difficult to find a good balance on bedding and pillows. There are plenty of spare pillows throughout the house in the bedroom closets. There are also plug in fans in the rooms that don’t have ceiling fans. Guests are free to move things around to suit their needs/desires. Also, all guests have full control of the Nest thermostat on site. Next time, feel free to use the fans on site, move pillows around, or give me a call if you can’t seem to get comfortable.

Wonderful vacation house

Very easy check in, which we greatly appreciated! They had sent us an email several days beforehand with all the information, and we did not have to stop at the clubhouse to do even more paperwork when we arrived. The house was very clean and the master bed was comfortable. The living room smart TV was newer so we could login and stream which we found good for those evenings when we wanted to relax before bed. We ended up calling the property manager because when we arrived the hot tub barely had any water in it. They explained what we needed to do and we had it working a few hours later. Nice and easy. The only small minor inconvenience was that the couches in the living room feel as though you are on the ground. Not ideal for older folks, or those with mobility issues. Overall a wondeful house and hosts!

First stay but not the last

The property is exactly as pictured, all new appliances and renovated. Close to entrance of resort/neighborhood. Lots of attention to detail and small extras go a long way. Finished garage with a game room, enough trash bags (3) for the week without trying to reuse Publix bags or buy a box of bags, basic seasonings (salt and pepper), scisscors (which is a necessity that most rentals dont have!), tiled flooring throughout the house which helped the house be cool, and also themepark pamphlets/maps. Bedding was nice and comfy, as Goldielocks says "just right" - not to soft and not to firm. The infridge ice and water dispenser works, unlike other properties weve stayed at emerald island. Plenty of pool towels if you forget yours. As well some pool toys and floats. We brought our pup with us, and she enjoyed her time as life guard.

Wonderful vacation home that was clean and well maintained with easy check-in located in a lovely gated community. The host, Jim was very quick to respond, great communication. The home had everything we needed and more. Pool and spa were fantastic. We had to contact the property manager Rob as the spa heat wasn’t working and he had it repaired immediately. Rob was very pleasant to work with. We were very impressed with how efficient everything went. Great vacation home and we would definitely recommend it to our family and friends. We look forward to staying here again.
