This is the perfect place for those who love being close to all of the action that Condado has to offer. It is just a five minute walk from the popular Ashford Avenue and from the beach access near La Concha resort. It is also very close to La Laguna del Condado where you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding.

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, family room with TV, and a large private terrace. Other amenities include Wi Fi, washer and dryer inside the apartment. *PRIVATE PARKING AVAILABLE



Guest Access:

Guests can access the house using a lock box that will be available upon arriving to the house.

If you're looking to explore San Juan, we highly recommend using Uber for transportation. It's convenient, affordable, and a great way to get around the local area. However, if you plan to venture out and explore other parts of the island, renting a car is your best bet. This will give you the freedom to go wherever you want, whenever you want, without relying on a ride-sharing service. There are several car rental companies available at the airport, and we'd be happy to provide recommendations upon request.

This is a short-term rental:

- Extra linen or towel changes for stays under 7 nights may incur an additional fee.

- Standard linens and towels are provided for the length of your booking.

- Please note that a $100 incidental security deposit is placed on the date of arrival. This deposit is held in case the unit is not returned in the same condition as received, cover potential damages, missing items, or violations of house rules. If these conditions are met, the $100 hold will be released, it may vary depending on your financial institution. Processing typically takes 7 to 14 business days for credit cards and up to 30 days for debit cards.
