The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. The furniture was super comfortable, and we really felt like it was a home away from home. Would definitely stay in this property again!

Quiet,felt safe need outside parking light’s couldn’t see entrance at first. Under renovation but didn’t bother us. Three flights of stairs in case someone can’t climb. Lots of nice beaches around.

Great townhouse

Townhouse was beautiful, very roomy. Great location to beach access as well as restaurants on the beach. Parking was a plus! Ample parking, which is something you usually don’t find when renting. Pool was great! Had a wonderful time with family. Very impressed and would definitely stay here again😊

Florida vacation

We loved our stay here and enjoyed an amazing week of vacation. The property location is prime as you can walk to the bay, the pool, and the ocean. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Not an ideal property for older guests as there are several flights of stairs. Perfect for younger families.

Clean, updated property

We had a nice stay here for a week. The location was great for bay and beach and I liked the layouts of the living room, dining area and bedrooms. The condo was lacking in a few necessary cooking items such as a baking sheet, pizza cutter, and salt and pepper to name a few. I feel like these are pretty basic items that should be included. Overall a great property.

For this location and value you cant really expect much more than what this property offers. Well equipped for short and longer stays rather its just for 2 or multiple kids. The amount of beach access within short walking distance is huge! You have the bayside option or gulf side just a few steps away. I recommend bringing a wagon and just leave your car under the covered parking and enjoy the beach! Peg leg petes is a short walk away as well as a convinient store with everything you would ever need for a great day at the beach.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the only downfall was the amount of stairs. That was not pointed out when I booked this property. We have a 1 year old so keeping him off the stairs was very difficult so we ended up buying gates. I would suggest having at least 2 gates available for this reason.

House was clean but dated. Could use some updates. The master bath toilet paper holder was broken hanging from the wall. A few boards on the carport patio need to be fixed. Outdoor lights where the swing and seating are would nice for evenings. We enjoyed the living room space and deck. I didn’t enjoy not having basic household supplies like soap in the bathrooms and kitchen. I felt like we had to pack or purchase a lot of basic supplies that should be provided. We love this complex and the location but will probably go back to our condo we usually stay in. We were looking for something different. The only thing we enjoyed better is it was closer to the beach but not worth it. We have never had to worry about having towels or paper products or hand and dish soap. When we went to buy soap at local store it was 7 for a bottle of hand soap. As a guest traveling on vacation I’m looking to relax and not have to go shopping for basic house supplies. It was very disappointing. Property management was slow to respond or respond at all.

Disappointed

The descriptions states pool side and upper level unit. None of this was true, we were street side and the unit was 3-stories with entrance on the bottom floor. Also, 7 days before we were to arrive we were informed they would be doing construction. I understand that this is a needed thing for all places. But maybe don’t rent out the condo right next to said work being done, and don’t tell the visitors so late so they can’t make other arrangements. The noise, dust and traffic congestion were frustrating.

Needs updating

The condo is ok. Needs to be updated though. We had need of hot pads for the oven. Needs more supplies. The beds were great! The carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Ty to Angela who worked for us in relocation of condos.

Good location, clean, lots of stairs, beware of controlled thermostat, had to take on trash out.

Can walk to the beach-condo is across the street; Clean and cute condo but alot of stairs...hard getting luggage up and down; I did not like the how the temperature inside the condo was controlled by the property, it became really warm at night! Also if I paid a cleaning fee I should not have to empty the trash! But overall we did enjoy our stay.

The condo is really nice. The 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms are really nice. The beds are comfortable. They have TVs in both rooms as well. The kitchen is nice but the appliances could be updated. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes and utensils. The living room is also nice with comfortable seating. The first floor has a swing outside and the 2nd floor has a table to sit out and eat which is very nice. Check in was super easy.

Perfect location

This condo was so nice and only a few minutes from the beach! It has a walkway right to the beach. The condo is very nice, very clean and well equipped with all you need! It has a pool and a private beach! I can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location

Condo and property were perfect for our 2 couple vacation. Beach access, pool, Bayside Beach, volleyball area, dock, parking....all of it was perfect. We will be back!

Excellent Location

We loved the condo. It was a great location right across the road from the public beach access. Nice and clean with appealing decor. Perfect size for two families. Would definitely return. We did have an issue with the outer door not locking from the outside and there was a problem with the air (as we were leaving); however, they were very communicative and sent someone right out to take care of the lock and were in the process of getting someone out for the air. We would definitely go back because those issues could’ve happened to anyone. Their responses to the issues were very timely and efficient.

Perfect!!

This condo was perfect for our family. With a king size bed in one room and 2 queens in the other room, it fit my husband and I and our two adult daughters just right. The condo had everything we needed for our week in Pensacola Beach and was very clean. There are lots of stairs leading up to each level of the condo inside so if mobility issues are something you deal with I would look into another place not located in this complex as they are all built the same. There are TV’s in every room and a full bathroom in each bedroom (also a half bath downstairs in the living area). The beach access is very conveniently located across the street. I highly recommend sitting on the pier behind the complex and watching the sunset as well. The condo is also within walking distance to Peg Leg Pete’s, Tom Thumb and a trolley stop.
