Heated to a perfect 87 degrees and fully integrated with voice-command control, the pool and spa are the ideal way to unwind after a day on the water. Outdoor living is enhanced with antique Chicago brick pathways and Keystone coral decking, creating a timeless island atmosphere.
Inside, the coastal-inspired, open-concept living space is bright and airy, with a modern kitchen that flows into the living and dining areas. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath. Downstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with a king bed, while upstairs holds a guest bedroom with a queen bed. A full bath is located downstairs for convenience, and a twin rollaway is available for extra guests.

This is a pet friendly home with up to 2 well behaved dogs for a non-refundable paid pet fee of $250 per pet. Rental manager must be notified at time of booking. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles and 1 boat trailer at this property. If you need additional parking spaces, please reach out to us and we can assist.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Utilities are included within reason. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. **Please note that there are 3 active security cameras on the exterior of this home. One on the front of the home, one on the side of the home where the pool is NOT located, and one on the back of the home facing towards the canal. There are no cameras inside the home and no cameras facing towards the pool area.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
