The Space:

The home is impressive from the moment you step inside, with the ground level boasting covered parking and an exterior lounge area with a wet bar, refrigerator, and TV. Unwind in the hot tub or enjoy movie nights in the comfortable theater room with a large TV and foosball table. Step outside to the large fenced in back yard area, with a private swimming pool and lounge furniture.



On the mid-level, find five bedrooms, including private kings suites, TVs, and full baths. A spacious rec room with a pool table and sitting area opens to covered porches overlooking the pool patio. East-facing porches and a laundry area complete this level.



The top level exudes elegance with an expansive living area featuring an electric fireplace, a well-stocked kitchen, and a dining area for ten. Two private suites with kings, TVs, and full baths provide a luxurious retreat. Enjoy beautiful sunset views across the the Roanoke Sound on the wrap-around sun deck. This floor also includes a bonus bedroom with a Queen day bed and a half bath.



The home is also only steps away from the South Creek Acres Community Tennis courts!



Modern comforts include central AC, mini-split units, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and wireless internet. Beach equipment, corn hole boards, and deck and pool furniture add to the fun.



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



The Neighborhood:

Known for towering sand dunes in Jockey's Ridge State Park and along the coastline, Nags Head is a beach town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Enjoy beautiful walks on woodsy paths or boardwalks, with plenty of local wildlife and greenery. A variety of shops, restaurants, and other excursions are available in addition to the natural environment.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
