The Tree House - 2 Bed 2 Bath Light and Breezy with a Balcony West Los Angeles

I am from Pacific Palisades originally and grew up riding the Big Blue Bus around Santa Monica and Venice. Being a local, I enjoy watching sports at various bars, going to the beach, or going out in Los Angeles for a well-made cocktail with friends. I also enjoy working out, Mexican and Japanese food, movies, and playing golf.

I became a host because I’ve always enjoyed having a shared space where people come together and enjoy each other’s presence. I grew up in a house with an unlocked front door with friends and family coming in and out at all times during weekends. My place and listing on VRBO is my attempt to do that in general because I fly for work. If I can’t be enjoying it, then why not share it with anyone who may want to enjoy some of the same things that I have been blessed to enjoy.

The West Los Angeles scene has always been interesting and I chose the place to be centrally located to the West Side (Culver City, Santa Monica, Sawtelle, Venice, Westwood, Brentwood, Palisades). At tree 🌴Tree House 🍃 , anyone who stays should be able to 1) get to the beach in a 1.5 mile walk (10 min ride), Westwood with a quick Uber, downtown in 50 minutes via the Metrolink, or Santa Monica/Culver/Beverly Hills with a 5-15 minute drive.

There weather on the west side of Los Angeles cannot be beat. During summer, the temperature is modest with a cool breeze at 78 degrees, and during winter it’s a brisk 55, yet sunny throughout the toughest times of the year. The balcony faces west, which lets in massive amounts of light each day and an enjoyable red sunset at the end of each day - wonderfully viewed from the balcony.

Most of the best places to eat are walkable from the apartment should you just walk westward down Wilshire toward the beach. Some of the most iconic breakfast places (Snug Harbour, Blu Jam Cafe, Q’s) are close and make for a great time with friends on the weekend or during the week.

Simply put, the saying in LA goes “Location, location, location” - and this location can’t be beat for those who are trying to get the most out of LA but not pay Beverly Hills prices. Affordable is tough to find our new economy, and the 🌴 Tree House🍃 in West LA is the sweet spot where price meets an enjoyable, well curated experience for someone wanting to enjoy that condo by the beach.
