The “Peaceful Spirit of Naples” welcomes you to your perfect coastal getaway, close to magnificent beaches, fishing, golfing, camping & much more. Come enjoy this newly renovated vacation home nestled in one of the highest desirable and quiet neighborhoods – North Naples. You will love this spacious and tastefully decorated 3-bed and 2-bath home with lovely décor, offering proximity to beautiful beaches, shopping, dining, outdoor adventures and breathtaking sunsets!
This retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Spacious and tastefully decorated, our home accommodates up to 6 guests in three inviting bedrooms. One of the bedrooms includes a king size bed with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom attached to it. Second bedroom comes equipped with a queen size bed and a closet, and last but not least – bedroom number 3 comes with a queen size bed and walk-in closet. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer is at your disposal. Two pristine fully-equipped bathrooms ensure convenience for all your guests. The living room is really spacious and is supplied with a brand new leather sofa, a smart TV, and an inside dining area, but there is also the outside dining area with a table for 6 in order to enjoy a nice dinner right on the picturesque lanai. Prepare delicious meals in our modern kitchen with top-notch appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay from a modern convection oven, a dishwasher and huge fridge to blender, a coffee machine, toaster and all kitchen utensils and cookware. Don't feel like cooking? Thats fine, there are many take out options around and Mercato is only a few minutes away and offers a variety of dining & entertainment experiences. Sip your morning coffee or unwind with evening cocktails on the private patio where also a BBQ (gas grill weber) is available for our guests. What is really important to be mentioned is that the house has a two-car garage and there are no restrictions for parking any RV or boat on the driveway.
For your perfect vacation 7 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 11 home and 7 beach towels and 1 bike are available to make your trip to the beach an easy one! Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. For your safety and security, we have installed one security camera on the door bell. It will be on during your stay not intruding your privacy in any way. Your check-in will be a keyless entry with a personal code. Easy checkout instructions - no striping beds and no laundry required.

The house is only a 3-minute drive from Wiggins Pass Beach where you can enjoy sun-soaked days at nearby sandy shores. North Naples’ “uptown” district is home to numerous arts and culture scenes as well – art galleries, live music restaurants as well as comedy clubs. In proximity there are numerous local boutiques that you can enjoy as well and savor coastal cuisine at nearby restaurants. Make an exciting day trip by driving the 112 miles of the Tamiami Trail (located just a block away) between Naples and Miami. For the lovers of outdoor adventures there is the possibility to discover the natural beauty of the area with hiking and biking trails.
