Este amplio apartamento de invitados se ha actualizado recientemente para incluir una nueva cocina, electrodomésticos nuevos, y muebles nuevos. Tiene dos dormitorios cada uno con una cama de matrimonio con ropa de cama, una sala de estar cómoda con todo lo que necesita para su estancia. Disfrutar de wifi gratuita y TV por cable en la pantalla plana de gran tamaño. Hay una gama / horno y lavavajillas para comer con ollas y sartenes, junto con cualquier plato que pueda necesitar durante su estancia. Estar justo en el centro de Austin por permanecer en Hyde Park! Aventurarse en el resto de Austin durante el día y volver a su nuevo hogar relajante. Caminar, correr o andar en bicicleta por el barrio y disfrutar de las casas históricas, enormes árboles y parques de este barrio de moda y tranquila.

Todo lo que necesitas está a sólo unas pocas cuadras! Para cenar elegir ASTI, de la madre Cafe, Hyde Park Bar and Grill, y Julio de. Ir de compras en el supermercado local y orgánica, fresca Plus. Tome el autobús en la siguiente manzana más y se dirigen directamente al centro y de vuelta.

Wonderful little Hyde Park spot!

The little apartment is perfect. Everything was in great condition and you can’t beat the location. Very comfortable beds and space. Great experience!

Pete is the best host!

This is the second time I have stayed at one of Pete’s properties. He is the kindest and most accommodating host ever. Communication with Pete is so easy. This house was very comfortable and our stay was so pleasant. The house has everything you could need and is in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Xmas in Austin

Wonderful apartment in Hyde Park. Very comfortable and convenient to everything in Central and North Austin. Host was very helpful and the listing very accurate. Close to the best food and shopping Hyde Park has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

This place is great!

The apartment was spacious and clean! It was nicely decorated and had all furniture we needed. I should mention this is an upstairs apartment. It does have outside stairs that lead to a beautiful outside deck. We loved seeing and listening to all the Texas birds! The neighborhood is walkable and quiet. Also, it was about a $12 uber to downtown Austin. we will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

Good as it gets in Austin!

Leased this amazingly quiet property for my Daughters final semester in school at UT. What a great location! Clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The pictures do not do it justice. All rooms are larger than they appear, and not shown is the large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Dedicated parking for one but lots of street parking available. Stay here and enjoy the safe neighborhood walking in the evenings, right on the bus and bike routes as well. Thanks for everything Pete!

3 month sojourn

If you want to be in a quiet neighborhood rimmed with wonderful eateries, corner groceries and a golf-course, this is the PERFECT place for you. We stayed here for three months (April-June) without a car. We walked everywhere and will miss the lovely and architecturally-unique Hyde Park atmosphere.

Best Neighborhood in Central Austin!

Charming, safe and walkable bungalow neighborhood in Central Austin with restaurants, bakery and grocery store within 2 blocks. The set up is great for 2 -4 adults. The rooms are well sized with a nice layout. The decor is updated and pleasing. Located on the second level will require navigating stairs but the bonus is the deck that seats four and a view of the treetops. We always stay with super-hosts for their level of professionalism and the quality of the property. This was no exception. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a get away

We had a great experience staying at this property. It was just as the pictures showed on the site. The owner, Pete, promptly responded with any questions and the check in/check out process was easy. The apartment is tucked in a lovely quiet neighborhood, but still located close to activities. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic stay! You won’t be disappointed.

Travel misfortune extended our arrival later than anticipated, but we were still able to access the flat with relative ease in the dark, early hours of the morning. We loved having an option to park one vehicle off-street and securely behind the entrance to the flat. Access to local dining and shopping was easy, as simple as it was to grab the freeway to the airport, COTA, and the like. The flat was perfectly inviting and absolutely tidy. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure great. A binder full of local attractions, itemized flat contents, and license information further supports the transparent legitimacy of this rental. Communication with Pete throughout the entire process was open and supportive. I look forward to returning to Austin and hope to stay again!

Perfect Hideaway in Hyde Park

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hyde Park! The accommodations were welcoming, spacious, comfortable, and clean. We loved eating out on the shady deck. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. It was wonderful to be able to do some laundry! We also really liked the updated bathroom and double sink. We enjoyed a walk around the tree filled neighborhood our first night and the kids had fun at a nearby playground, recommended in Pete's welcome binder. Home Slice Pizza was another great recommendation! Pete was quick to answer any of my questions. The two bedroom place was only 5 minutes from our daughter at University of Texas. It was convenient to be such a short drive away. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Austin! Beth N.

Spacious in Austin

Enjoyed our week in this Hyde Park unit. We were very pleased with all the closet space in the spacious main bedroom, the beautiful floors, spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, well stocked kitchen, and nice porch in this upper unit. We found it well furnished with beautiful paintings in kitchen and living room. The only thing we were caught by surprise on was laundry was only available between 3 and 9, which we weren't ready for, but it all worked out. A great place to stay near the university and close to many wonderful cafes and restaurants.

Clean and quiet

My husband and I stayed in this rental for a month and were very pleased. We have used Home Away/VRBO rentals from Portland, Oregon to Boulder, Colorado to Asheville, North Carolina and in between, and this was among the very best. Charming & Spotless Hyde Park Unit

We loved the unit which is a very spacious 2 bedroom, which is very clean and private. The well-established neighborhood has restaurants (Asti Trattoria, which we loved) and an organic grocery market just 2 blocks down the road. It's a quick Uber ride to 6th St. and downtown. I would definitely stay here again. It has an outside upstairs porch for a peaceful cup of morning coffee, and a nice breeze from all the beautiful trees. Don't pass this one up, it's perfect!
