I was very sad to read this review considering the guest never even responded to me one time as I checked in on both days He only decided to tell me the morning he was leaving there had been an issue with golf cart..nothing else at all. I told him I had reached out and had he responded I could have given him a new golf cart as I have several on site ready for use. He claimed he walked a mile and a half after notifying the security of the cart being broke down which is not true. Anyone of us could have picked him upClearly he was looking for something other than me being able to help fix the issue. The stove works completely fine with precious guest and the day after he checked out so clearly it is user error. I happily could have explained to him how a pilot light worked had he asked for help. I had even given him my personal cell and still no communication. The commodes (as in any rv) are subject to clogs if to much toilet paper and that is all it states. It doesn’t say you can’t use it but to be cautious as to how much is used. The smoke detectors are in place except battery removed from one..not all. This guy was not happy because I think it was a cold and wet weekend and caught inside and therefore looking for compensation anyway he could and that is just not right. He had all weekend he could have reached back out to me if he needed assistance with anything and chose not to. I can’t help you if I don’t know about something. Best of luck to you in the future

Andrew, I am very sorry and sad to hear this. Never once did you contact me to let me know if there was an issue during your stay as I always text my guest upon arrival. I checked back and I did text you the day of check-in and did not hear anything from you since. I do keep two extra propane tanks there at all times so if by chance you had run out, it was a simple text to me to tell you where it was located which was right next to the cabinet where the other one is. I’ve never had anyone complain about lack of utensils as that unit has tons of cooking utensils. As far as the fact commode goes, it is an rv and like all RVs you can only put so much paper in the commode so it only warns of that..doesn’t say you cannot have solid waste. That is a very popular unit and I always get great reviews so I am sorry to hear it was not the experience you had hoped for.
