Great stay in Cabo Rojo. The condo was big enough for a party of 4 adults and two kids to spread out. It was so nice having the pool right out the back. The place was very clean.

Nice quiet spot, but not quite what we’d hoped

The apartment was clean, everything worked fine, lots of locks (gated complex) lots of rules. Didn’t infringe on anything we wanted to do but the constant unlocking of gate to go to the beach (with only one key) was a bit of a hassle. The pool is very nice but mostly empty while we were there. Not very walkable. The beach is very quiet and peaceful, the waters very calm although lots of grass. Very few people around midweek. For my teens- it was pretty secluded and not interesting for them. For me I had nice quiet mornings on the beach but also felt trapped with all the locks and gates.

Excellent location with a very nice easily accessed pool. Small, absolutely beautiful beach just beyond a gate at edge of property. Water off of that beach very shallow for a distance, great for little kids, not optimal for swimming. Unit is spacious, pictures accurate and it is fairly well equipped- we were there for an extended stay, and so essentially living there, and so needed some items which were missing, like a large cutting board, but no big. Unit is ground level and damp, but there were dehumidification packs in each room which help. Lots to explore in this area of PR

Great stay !

Had a great stay with my husband and 2 year old son . Loved the pool and calm beautiful warm beaches right in front . We were very comfy in the condo . Living room furniture and master bed were very comfortable! Great touch having the sand toys and beach chairs and boogie board for beach ! Just a few little things that could improve , second bathroom tubs lever is rusted out so you can’t take a bath , just shower . A screen door for bugs or at least a handle for the slider would be nice . It was hard with a 2 year old to keep door closed and bugs out . We got eaten up from the bugs , but that’sNot a condo issue . Just time of year , or new blood ? Great stay , we loved it ! Totally recommend !

It could have been a great stay!

The property is in good condition. It is nicely decorated and has everything you will need for a great stay. The master bathroom is very small...with a tiny toilet, clean nevertheless. The property, the location, the beach and facilities were nice and just what I hoped for a quiet weekend getaway with my husband and daughters. Although I must say that I hoped for better communication with the host. I was never contacted to see if we needed anything, or even to ask if we had any trouble checking in. On the other hand I was contacted demanding that my other guests leave the property. Apparently a security guard informed we had additional guests, more than the maximum allowed. It was not true. We registered 5 people and the property allows 6. We did not have additional guests or allowed additional people to visit us during our stay. The host was rude and we were treated as guilty before even asking if it was true. After that I did not feel welcome anymore, so It could have been a great stay...but communication should have been better.

Family time

Checking was very easy. Condo on first floor, you walk out the back patio and your at the pool. Perfect for kiddos. Very clean, kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Bonus is that condo has a washer and dryer in the unit. Owner very easy to communicate with, answered any questions right away. Great spot with beach access.

To Visit Family During Spring Break in PR

Overall, it’s a great property. The layout of the condo is nice with plenty of room for our family of four. It was very neat and clean. There was plenty of beach/pool stuff including toys. The location on the first floor made it easy to access the pool. We were close to nice restaurants and Cabo Rojo. Overall, we were very pleased.

Great location close to Resturants

Nice condo on the lower level with easy access to the pool. There are many nice restaurants close by or just north along the ocean All within 15 min. Only drawback was the beach area outside of the complex. It is in a quiet bay so great for little kids, I just like a little larger area to hang out.

Had a great time would stay there again !!!

The property was great , love the peace and quiet, all I would hear were those beautiful birds! The private beach was beautiful, and the pool was very relaxing. The one thing that really made a difference was the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds. I would definitely recommend this place, would stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation

This is a fantastic property! We were originally supposed to stay here in Dec 2021, but had to reschedule to Jul/Aug 2022. The process for this was so easy thanks to Maria! This property has a great location for seeing the west and southwest areas of Puerto Rico. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. It’s ground level made it easy to get to the pool, beach volleyball court, and the beach area outside the gated community. Lots of great places to eat in this area. We had a great vacation!

Paradise found!

The description is very accurate, apt is elderly accesible, well stocked, beds were great and very clean. Location is great right in front of the pool. Beach is very small but the pool makes up for it.We highly recommend this property and will definitely come back again.

Vacation in Cabo Rojo

The overall stay was excellent, but the following two reasons I would not rent again this specific apartment. 1. The apartment was in the bottom floor. It was a challenge for my wife and to go down and up the stairs due to our age. 2. The bathroom of the master bedroom was uncomfortable. It was small. In regards to Vrbo, I would consider it again in renting in Puerto Rico.
