Amazing appartment with spectacular views

We needed to find a last minute place to stay when our original accommodations fell through. We reached out to this property and the owners bent over backwards to accommodate us. Shout out to them for them amazing responsiveness! The apartment is exactly as listed. It's a huge 2 bedroom with 2 very comfortable bathrooms. Perfect for a family. The kitchen was fully stocked and the living spaces were clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to so much of Jerusalem - Right beside the First Station. Walkable to the old city, Ben Yehuda, The German Colony and the Shuk. And that view - wow, you can stare out the windows for hours.

Beautiful apartment, great location!

Very convenient to Amek Refaim (6 mins) and walkable to the old city and city center. The included parking was a big plus for me, as was the shul in the building. Apartment was lovely, great view, well equipped.

Amazing views of Jerusalem and central location

Eric and Marlene are great hosts and all instructions and tips were clear and accurate. We’d recommend staying there to all our friends without any hesitation.

VERY PLEASED

The property has many pluses. To begin with, it is extremely well located. One can easily get into the center of town or the German Colony/Katamon areas. Second, the property had ample parking The apartment itself is very nice. The living room/dining room areas are beautifully decorated and the kitchen is both pleasing aesthetically and extremely well equipped. The bedroom is a bit small by American standards but still very adequate

Great location. Beautiful apartment.

This apartment is located in one of the nicest areas in Jerusalem close to Coffee shops, restaurants, markets, theater, parks, museums and many attractions. 20 minute walk to the Old City. 30 minute walk to the shuk. There is a synagogue on the premises. The building has extremely nice neighbors. Shabbat elevator. Kosher kitchen is well stocked and labeled. Bathrooms and kitchen have been nicely renovated. Spacious living quarters and beautiful view looking westward and southward. Owners are quick to respond to communications.

Kosher/Shomer Shabbat friendly apartment

We were looking for a kosher/Shomer Shabbat friendly apartment within walking distance to many of the sites throughout Jerusalem but preferred a more residential area away from the noise of the city. We found exactly that with this rental. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views of Jerusalem. The owners are very easy to work with and will ensure a positive experience. Don't miss this one!

Bright, comfortable, newly renovated apartment in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment with all amenities. The owners were helpful in providing a "manual" with everything you need to know about the apartment and were available for questions that might arise. The large, bright living area was extremely comfortable, kitchen is new and fabulous, and 2 bedrooms accommodate 2 persons each, one with a bathroom en suite. We hope to have another opportunity to stay in this apartment.

So happy we stayed here

Four of us (my wife and I, and our two teenage sons) stayed in this 2BR, 2 BA apartment for a week and a half over US Thanksgiving, and it was the best thing we could have done. The building is brilliantly located - short walks to Baka, Emek Refaim, Tachana Rishona, the Old City, and Central Jerusalem (Ben Yehuda, Nachalat Shiva, Machaneh Yehuda, etc.). It is also a block from the Inbal hotel which makes getting a taxi very simple. The apartment itself was very comfortable and we felt right at home. The hot water tank took almost no time to heat up and all of us showered with no problems. WiFi was flawless. It has all necessary appointments for Shabbat (including an urn) and a kosher kitchen. The washer and dryer helped out a great deal as well (though there are great laundries and dry cleaners nearby). The windows around the apartment provided not only stunning views of Jerusalem and the surrounding hills, but also created good circulation and temperature control. Working with the owners could not have been easier or more pleasant. When we go back to Jerusalem, I will check if this apartment is available before making any other arrangements.

Great location, affordable

Reasonably priced two bedroom, two bathroom apartment which perfectly fit our needs (two kids and two adults). It is walking distance from old city and lots of Jerusalem places of interest.

Perfect location, comfortable stay

My family spent over two weeks in the apartment and it was just perfect for our needs. The location was so central we were able to walk throughout Jerusalem and even to the free shuttle to the Old City. The apartment is stocked with everything one may need, you just have to open some cabinets to find it. Eric was a wonderful host who was truly concerned that our experience was wonderful and memorable. Thanks!

Perfect apartment, perfect location, delightful owners !

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks, with two of our daughters. The apartment was just perfect for the four of us. Nice, cozyand clean with great amenities, such as, WiFi and the big screen TV on which to watch US Football! Nice washing machine and dryer which made a difference as I did lots of laundry! The kosher kitchen is fully equipped. The location is quite convenient as it is right in the center of everything… a 5 minute walk to Emek Refaim and 15 minutes to the center of town. There is also a convenient parking lot right behind the building. The owners are wonderful to deal with, as is the apartment manager who is on-call and available and gave immediate service. I would highly recommend this apartment and would certainly rent again from the delightful owners!

Our apartment is in the most convenient location and is within walking distance to the Kotel, Emek Refaim, Great Synagogue, the Jerusalem Theatre and many other attractions. We are on the 12th floor and the views are spectacular. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and is nicely furnished and fully equipped to ensure that you will have a wonderful stay.
