Industrial Loft @ Old Pine Retreats
Here is your opportunity to experience a remote getaway just minutes away from downtown Billings. This beautiful, vintage-industrial themed house has features that include a 21 foot high ceiling in the living room, a gas fireplace, a loft master bedroom and a second bedroom, large bathrooms on both levels and a private deck. If this isn't enough, the views and remote space that you will get to experience will be enough to take your breath away!
Old Pine Retreats mission is to create space for guests to Retreat, Rest and Restore. Our core values include: Accessibility, Beauty, Solitude and Slow Time.
The Industrial Loft at Old Pine Retreats is a newly built house (2023) that is located in the Lockwood area just minutes outside of Billings! This house is located 15 minutes from MetraPark Arena, 20 minutes from both hospitals and downtown Billings, as well as 25 minutes to the Zoo and Shiloh Crossing. The best part is that you will feel like you are in the middle of a remote forest.
The last 2 miles of road to the house is a dirt road. The road is steep and can get muddy in spots. We recommend vehicles with all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive capabilities. During the winter months, 4 wheel drive will be essential. Due to limited parking spots, vehicles with trailers are not allowed.
This house is one of three guest houses that make up Old Pine Retreats. Each house is approximately 100 yards apart from each other. However, guests will hardly see the neighboring houses as the trees and design of each house is such that guests will have your own private space.
The additional 3 houses on the property (1027, 1029 and 1018 Restoration Way) are the hosts' private homes. These houses are also situated to provide privacy for each of the guest houses. Hosts are available for any guest needs during their stay.
The house itself features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a unique loft style. The house is equipped with a full kitchen and a indoor gas fireplace. There is a large deck with furniture to take in the views as well as a 6 person hot tub to enjoy the beauty from the comforts of a tub. The house has in-floor radiant heating and window AC units for cooling.
The landscape has rolling hills, trees, ravines, cliffs and wildlife. Outside of the 3 houses which make up Old Pine Retreats, the nearest neighbor is half a mile away.

The house sits on 60 acres of privately owned land. The surrounding landscape is both rugged and beautiful and offers a peaceful setting for anyone who is looking for space to relax and enjoy time alone or with others. The best part is that you can experience all of this and yet be minutes away from almost everything in Billings.

This house has an elegant industrial theme throughout the space. It is stocked with all of the essentials that you will need during your stay. Even more so, however, is the fact that the space and the views around it are truly beautiful and offer an opportunity to find peace and relaxation in a place that is easy to get to you.
