Coco's Cottages is centrally located within 20 minutes of just about everything available in the Verde Valley, including Jerome and Sedona. We are about a 5-minute drive, 30-minute walk, or 10-minute bicycle ride to Old Town Cottonwood. Our home was originally built in 1914 and has some of its original charm as well as many modern upgrades. We just know you will love the warm and inviting old mixed with new cottage experience.

Located in Cottonwood, enjoy what this 2-bedroom house has to offer. With 2 king beds, this beautiful and soothing property provides a quaint retreat for guests. Indulge in the jetted bathtub and hair dryer provided in the 2 bathrooms. The additional space includes a cozy living room with a sofa bed. AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, heating, and an iron are also available. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cottonwood and our house has to offer.

Awesome host, cookies, loaf of bread and bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. Property is great location allowing for day trips to GC, Sedona or Jerome. Nice selection of restaurants in Cottonwood.

Coco's Cottage is amazing. Probably the best VRBO rental we have ever had. Besides being very spacious and contemporary, it is beautifully decorated. Lori, the host, went far beyond providing everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was especially amazing, beautiful appliances and kitchen supplies. Checking in and communicating with Lori was very easy.A plate of delicious cookies, and a loaf of sour dough bread with oil and balsamic vinegar waited for us as we checked in. The location is perfect for enjoying all the fun things this Cottonwood/Clarkdale area has to offer.We will definitely be back!

Great Property

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean and inviting and was central to everywhere we went. The host also left some amazing cookies for us which were the perfect treat after dinner. 1000% recommend and hope to return the next time we’re in town.

Book it. You won’t regret it. We love Old Town Cottonwood for restaurants, and this house is about 3-4 minutes away. Go the opposite direction and you’re right on main road to Sedona. Great location. The house though, gah, it’s fantastic — classy but cozy. Host has so many little extras and thoughtful touches throughout home. One of our very favorite VRBO’s ever.

Perfect Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at Coco's Cottage. The home has everything and our host, Lori, went out of her way to make our stay special. From the very tasty freshly made cookies cookies to having a well appointed house it was a great home. We have stayed at VRBO's for years and this is one of the best homes we have ever stayed in!

Thank you for the kind review. The cookies are from Safeway and all the guests love them. They are baked fresh in the store. We are remodeling the back building. It will be a one bedroom casita. Exceptional and Perfect for us

We really loved this property. Very clean and had everything one would need and more. The home was very comfortable and the two bedrooms were so lovely and spacious. We enjoyed the fire pit and sipping coffee in the morning on the porch. We will definately book this home again. 5 stars!

Superb Rental

Coco's Cottage is an amazing rental! As soon as we entered the cottage, we were struck by its beauty, high-end furnishings and immediately felt at home. Lori's attention to detail shows just how much she wants her guests to feel comfortable. The little tented notes here and there were so helpful, as well as having labels on all the switches. A bonus was the welcome homemade cookies and loaf of fresh bread and dipping oil…delish!! The cottage has top-of-the-line appliances, bed/bedding, coffee, tea and a variety of spices, as well as plenty of dishwasher soap, laundry products, and paper products (TP, paper towels). There were bathrobes and slippers too!The location was perfect for our day trips to Sedona and Old Town Cottonwood. I could go on and on about how wonderful this rental was. You can’t go wrong booking with Lori. Coco’s Cottage has been added to my favorite repeat rental list!

They really go all out to make your stay comfortable. From the cute balloons with a welcome message, the homemade cookies which are delicious, to most gracious complimentary bottle of local wine; these owners are by far the reason vbro exists, a perfect example. My wife and I were completely comfortable in their extremely clean home. It's a family home of detail, craftmanship, that shows its truly loved by the owners. The home somehow makes you feel like you want to care for it yourself. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. Great location; traveling to Jerome, Sedona, and or Verde Valley is ideal here, low traffic volumes along the major roads. Small town Cottonwood is a jem, which is right next to this home. The food there is outstanding with many options. We would reserve here again on our next vacation if available. We are very grateful to the owners trusting their home with us. Thank you.

Perfect Cottonwood Retreat at Coco's Cottage!

Our recent stay at Coco's Cottage in Cottonwood, was absolutely fantastic! This charming two-bedroom, two-bath truly felt like a home away from home and was the ideal location for our Verde Valley adventures.The cottage itself was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. We especially appreciated the convenience of having two full bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. The entire space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived with the local wine and cookies.The highlight, without a doubt, was the private hot tub! After long days exploring the wineries, breweries, and shops of Old Town Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Sedona, and Jerome, soaking in the hot tub under the Arizona stars was pure bliss. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge.The location of Coco's Cottage is also excellent – close enough to easily access all the shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms of Old Town, yet situated in a way that felt peaceful and private.Lori was wonderful – very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.We highly recommend Coco's Cottage for anyone looking for a comfortable, amenity-rich and conveniently located VRBO in Cottonwood. Personal touch to the atmosphere; welcoming bread and cookies is a great touch. The pet friendly space was a quality that allowed me to relax and not worry about my two dogs. The kindness of the host was spectacular. I will highly recommend Coco Cottage to my friends and family.

We are local residents with a love for local history. Jacks great grandfather was one of the first settlers in Oak Creek Canyon. It has been a 30-year dream of ours to purchase a piece of history to share with others. When we found Coco’s Cottage we fell in love with its charming allure. It was originally built in 1914 and maintains many of its historical features. We just know you are going to love experiencing this warm and inviting atmosphere.

We have a nice area for guests to gather as they prepare wonderful meals and snacks. We sleep 6 people comfortably with room for an infant as well. We offer 2 bedrooms, both with King beds. We have a comfortable pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have a private outdoor seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage in the evening. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for privacy. The second bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

Located on 1/2 acre, fully fenced and plenty of parking. There is an electric gate to enter the property. There is a small fenced doggy area that can be accessed through the dining room doggy door or the outside gate.

Security cameras at front and back outside entrance only.
