Every Thursday from 5-9pm up to 200 merchants span 4 city blocks located on pier view way west of Coast Highway.

Back at the condo, every comfort and convenience has been meticulously curated to ensure an unparalleled experience. In the large living room entertainment and relaxation are catered to with a comfortable couch to relax on which also pulls into a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 more guests. The gourmet kitchen, with its luxury appliances and ample space for culinary creations has everything you’ll need to prepare a family dinner or your morning cup of coffee. Starting supplies provided for Keurig and Nespresso. Enjoy the large kitchen island to host your guests for a full dinner experience.

Retreat to the tranquility of the bedrooms, where plush, Tempur-pedic mattresses and luxurious linens promise a restful night's sleep. And for families traveling with little ones, the provided pack n play crib ensures that even the tiniest guests feel right at home. Enjoy the Tempur-pedic king and queen bed and large 4K Smart TVs in each bedroom. Also in the hallway closet you will find a laundry space (starting supplies provided) and 1 bathroom.

You will also be provided a car parking spot. You can park in the assigned car spot in the driveway or there is normally plenty of free street parking in front of the condo (just beware of street sweeping signs!). We also provide beach chairs, beach umbrella (in the hallway closet), beach towels, and more to make this beach vacation one to remember!

Janine wants your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping an up-to-date and sanitized/clean property is what is most important to me. Janine will be available 24/7 via phone, text, or messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
Janine takes the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed, so do not plan to visit with Janine in person during your stay (unless there is an issue than needs to be addressed) - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

This townhome is centrally located - you can walk, bike, or drive just about anywhere!
We highly recommend the O'side Circuit- a cute electric shuttle that services the downtown area. It will pick you up right in front of our property and take you anywhere in Downtown O'side. $3/rider with a cap of $6 for a ride with more than 2 people. Download the Circuit app free.
There is plenty of public transportation options such as the Metro Bus, Uber, Lyft, and more.

*NO PARTIES/ EVENTS/ GATHERINGS. MAX OCCUPANCY observed on property. Limit of 6 guests MAX. Please do not book this property if you are looking to party as you will be asked to leave with no refund.
*Quiet time is at 10pm-7am (music off, voices down)
*Please do not disturb neighbors
*Bringing along furry friends? A pet fee of $150 per pet applies (maximum of 2 pets). If you selected the pet option during booking, but the fee collected was less than the total due, we’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance before your stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing any pets. Must curb your pet, any pet damages will be charged to renter.

*The Resort fee covers professional spa maintenance, heating, cleanings, & fire pit usage. This ensures that guests can enjoy a high-quality spa & fire pit experience throughout their stay. In the rare event of any issues with the spa or the fire pit amenity, guests are eligible for a refund of the $50 resort fee.
*We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the refund process as smooth as possible for you. If you're eligible for a full refund under our cancellation policy, we'll be happy to issue it accordingly. Please note that the refund will be processed minus any applicable credit card processing fees.

*Exterior Cameras – overlook the staircase up to the unit, parking area, and side of building by sidewalk, and deck. In place for security and liability reasons. Motion detected and recorded

*Kindly note that a refundable security deposit of $250 will be temporarily held as a pre-authorization on your credit card. This pre-authorization is not a charge and will be promptly released, provided no damages are claimed.*
