Cozy cottage in a secluded area with air conditioning and WiFi

In our cottage we offer a pleasant environment for family holidays. The exceptional location of the Iron Mountains near the village of Míčov will satisfy even the most demanding holidaymakers. Lovers of a quiet and family atmosphere, romantic walks, campfire with friends and other relaxing activities will find it to their liking. No matter the weather, you can barbecue on the terrace even in the rain. We have not forgotten about your little ones, who can play in front of the cottage on the playground with a slide or have fun on the green meadow. When you get tired of sports, games and hiking, you can enjoy the view of the Iron Mountains, the nearby ruins of Lichnice Castle and the hills looming on the horizon.
Naše chata stojí u lesa nedaleko vesnice Míčov. Obec leží v krásném lesnatém kraji na jihozápadním okraji Chrudimska na hřebeni Železných hor v nadmořské výšce skoro 500 m. n. m. V celém katastrálním území se nacházejí obce Míčov, Sušice, Jetonice, Zbyslavec a Rudov. Žije zde 263 obyvatel , celková výměra obce je 1 237 ha.
Nejvyšším vrcholkem v katastru obce je Krkaňka (566 m. n. m.) , ze které je za dobrého počasí z příkrých svahů výhled na Ronov nad Doubravou a dále směrem na Čáslav. Díky své nadmořské výšce a kopcovitému terénu je tu mnoho dalších nádherných vyhlídkových míst, jako je např. silnice mezi obcemi Míčov a Sušice, kde je za dobrého počasí rozhled až na Orlické hory a Krkonoše, včetně nejvyšší hory ČR Sněžky, nebo krásné panorama z Vávrova kopce na zříceninu hradu Lichnice, na Podhrádí a dále do kraje. I díky tomu přes obec a její okolí prochází mnoho oblíbených turistických a cykloturistických tras, které jsou především přes léto hojně využívány turisty.

Air-conditioning, air-to-air heat pumps on each floor, 2x TV (1 with reverse), WiFi (20mbit, unlimited data), double bed, double sofa bed, sofa bed, baby cot, bathroom with shower and toilet, fireplace, outdoor Weber grill.
Ground floor
Living room - equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, sofa bed, dining table, TV with backwards programme playback for up to 7 days, chest of drawers, air conditioning, LED fireplace (to set the atmosphere :) )

1st floor
bedroom - double bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, TV
A child safety barrier can be used on the stairs on the 1st floor.
Space in front of the cottage
There is a floodlit terrace with an electric socket equipped with chairs and benches, a fire pit and a children's slide with swings in front of the cottage. A Weber charcoal grill can also be used. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
Parking
In the summer months, parking is available directly at the cottage. In case of higher snow cover it is possible to park about 700m from the cottage, after agreement we will take you and your things out by 4x4 car.
