What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- Being centrally located, our neighbourhood is a bustle and can be quite loud at all times of the day, but our brand new suite does buffer this noise quite well!
- We do not have A/C and it may get warmer in the summer months, however opening up windows will create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
- This home does have another suite that is also a short term rental AND is not accessible to our guests.
Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen bed, read a book by the large windows, take a nap on the couch or get some work done at the kitchen table, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit.
Our guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queen size beds, and a queen pullout couch in the living room - all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sparkling clean washroom with shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea, and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

You have full and total access of our guest suite with private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take a quick walk to Whyte Ave - one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods!

Our property is located just off of Whyte Avenue which is a vibrant and bustling neighborhood in the heart of Edmonton, Alberta. Known for its trendy restaurants, unique boutiques, and lively nightlife, it's the perfect spot for guests looking to experience the best of the city.
Guests staying in the Whyte Avenue area will have access to a wide variety of dining options, from casual cafes and pubs to upscale restaurants serving international cuisine. The neighborhood is also home to many independent retailers, selling everything from clothing and jewelry to home décor and art.

Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available for those who prefer a more private mode of transportation. For those who prefer to drive, on-street parking is available, but please check with us for details and availability. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our property is the perfect jumping off point for your next adventure!

Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
