Approximately 1 minute to Route 9, few minutes to Mass Pike (1-90), Route 32 and Route 20. We are about 20mins to Amherst and surrounding Colleges, approximately 45 mins from Bradley International Airport in CT and Worcester, and 35mins from the Big E in Springfield.

A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Our home welcomes you to an open floor plan; a living room, family room (with fireplace), formal dining room, eat-in area and full kitchen ( with stainless steel appliances). All these and a Half Bath are located on the First Floor.

The 3 bedrooms are located on the Second Floor and each room comes with a comfy King/Queen Sealy mattresses, 55” Smart TV, Sitting and Work areas. 2 of the 3 bedrooms share a Full Bathroom, while the Large Primary Bedroom has a Full Private bathroom with double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, Stand shower and a walk-in closet.

Washer/Dryer is conveniently located on the second floor.

Guests are welcome to use the fully finished basement which comes with Pool table, Air hockey and more. Also there is an Exercise room in basement which has standard equipments for guests to stay active while lodging with us.
If weather permits, the family can relax on the over-sized private deck and Grill the day away.
We want you to feel at home, so we also stock all our bathroom vanities with essential health and beauty aids.
We provide cooking utensils, basic
seasoning, coffee, assorted teas and beverages.

Only Guests on listing are allowed to be on property.
No parties allowed
No pets over 20lbs allowed. Limit of 2 Pets
No smoking
*Extra fees will be charged if pet violations, parties, extra guests are found/held on the property
* Please be mindful of the fact that this home is on a Private sewer/septic system . Do not flush anything other than toilet paper or pour oil or grease down the drains.

The Quabbin reservoir, Quabog Valley(with its numerous hiking trails and Golf Course), Swift River(with activities like fly fishing )a 5-10mins walk down the road. On a nice day get the family out to take a race at the Palmer Motorsports Park. If you want to have a relaxing day and learn history of area, Sturbridge village is only minutes away from location for that. Wait! That is not all. If time permits make a casual visit to the Brimfield Flea Market and Brimfield Antique.
