Pure relaxation awaits in the sun-drenched, open-concept living area when you’re not shredding the powdery slopes, practicing your golf swing, or embarking on scenic hikes. With a cozy gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings with aspen beams, tasteful decor, and expansive windows highlighting the majestic mountains, the whole family can take part in blissful downtime. Watch your favorite movies or hang out downstairs while having a Foosball tournament! When mealtime arrives, whip up a hearty feast in the well-equipped kitchen or have a barbecue on the deck while basking in the crisp mountain air and flowing creek sounds. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
