Our pool table and games will keep you entertained. Our covered Hot tub will warm your soul. Vinyl to play and our unique Harry Potter room will thrill fans young and old.Our second floor games room is available on request for use, there is a damage deposit and rental fee for access to this area

We loved our stay. I would definitely recommend slippers if you are staying in the winter but other than that we had so much fun.

Host was very attentive to all our inquiries. Everything was as described. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time with all the available activities. They loved the Harry Potter room. Theatre was great had friends over to watch Barger hit his grand slam. Highly recommend for a family adventure

This is a very fun place to stay, lots of neat features. Our host Sean was quite responsive when we had questions. Cow pasture ends just outside the back window, and the cows came down to visit us a couple of times a day. Not far from a couple of Bay of Fundy beaches. Unfortunately we didn't get to explore nearby trails because of a fire risk hiking ban!Slightly tricky with a toddler (lots of things to mess with), but lots to keep our teenagers entertained.

Such whimsical design, every day we found something new to smile at. The location is idyllic, we sat on the back deck and watched cows and birds of prey, and 5 min walk to beach. Such a relaxing place, and also so much fun with hot tub, pool table, Pac-Man machine, movie cinema setup and the upstairs fitness facility. All good!

Super hôtes, très acceuillant, le chalet très beau et spacieux. Nous avions beaucoup de plaisir avec les activité possible à l'intérieur. Un petit moins serait le divan lit que nous n'arrivions pas a déplier et que finalement nois avons dû prendre un matelas gonflable. C'est un endroit formidable paisible pour relaxer et écouter la nature le soir. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et respectueux et vienne nous parler et nous conseiller quand on leur demande leur avis....Merci à toi Sean et ta famille

Relaxing country side stay

We were in town for a few short days to pick up our daughter from the university about 15-20 minutes away. It gave us a quiet respite after a long drive and a chance to refuel before the drive back to Ontario. Everything you need was here, the living room was a perfect place to gather and watch a movie and the pool table and record player were appreciated by everyone. Thanks for a great stay!

A relaxing adventure

A fun and relaxing stay with a rural backdrop. Both Sean and Arthur (the resident pup) made us feel welcome when we arrived. So much to do here, I only wish we could have stayed longer.

You won’t regret it!

This is a place that you have to see to believe. It’s almost impossible to describe it, especially when I start off with “it’s a barn”. There is no lack of things to keep any age occupied, and the addition of the hot tub was a huge bonus! It’s definitely one of a kind, and we will definitely be back!

This property is Special!

We visited here to celebrate our tweens middle school graduation. It was such a fun spot and so much to do for the tweens. They had fun watching movies on the big screen and playing games upstairs. The attention to detail and creativity that the owners put into this place makes it such a special spot. The host was kind and helpful. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend. Great location and wonderful stay!

Amazing venue with lots of fun inside and out, and attention to detail. The Harry Potter room was a huge hit with my daughter and her friend, and the various activities on site including hot tub, pool (billiards), axe throwing, foosball, table tennis, Pac-man, and theatre style seating and screen were awesome. The bar and décor gave a great vibe and our group had an excellent time!

Top Pick for Fun Family Vacation!

We spent six nights at Shawn’s property and we wish we could have stayed six more nights! The location is excellent. It is a short drive to the beach and to the town of Canning where there is a grocery store and an excellent coffee shop. The house is incredible, and full of surprises. There is so much for kids and adults to do. The games room upstairs was a lot of fun with hockey, air hockey and ping pong. Downstairs we all became Pac-Man experts and enjoyed playing pool. The large projector screen made for some epic movie marathons! We cannot recommend this place enough.

Great getaway

Very much enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful area. Our daughter particular loved the Harry Potter bedroom, and we all made good use of the pool table and hot tub. Very relaxing stay!

Charming get away

Sean has provided a delightful vacation experience in a quiet rural setting, steps from the beach and close to both Wolfville and the Cape Split hiking trails. Superb!

Could not ask for more!

We had an amazing time in Blomindon. This unique and incredible VRBO was perfect. The amenities (BBQ, hot tub, gym equipment, mini hockey rink, pool table) gave us lots to do on rainy days. It is well located with the valley's rolling hills as a view, the Bay of Fundy minutes away and Wolfville 25 minutes away by car. Sean was wonderful and incredibly amicable. We hope to be back!

A fun air b&b!

Sean was very easily reached and there to answer all your questions! His air b&b is very unique and a lot of fun. I won't spoil it by telling some of its secrets, but have fun exploring. The Harry Potter room is just perfect for kids! This place has everything you need, like a stocked kitchen and lots of room. The 2 other bedrooms are comfortable. We were looking for something different and certainly found it! It's a bit out of the way, but definitely worth the drive! The Annapolis Valley is such a beautiful place and we were only 20 minutes from all the amenities! Props to Sean for the amazing job on his air b&b!

Fun and Unique Stay

The property is even better in person, truly. My family and I enjoyed every moment. There were so many activities on-site and the area was so peaceful. It was impossible to be bored. The attention to detail and amazing decorations were quirky, perfect, and clearly full of love. It felt like staying in a country house that was also a museum, arcade, movie theater, and pub. Our host, Sean, was very friendly and quick to communicate. The Harry Potter room was incredible and Sean even sent another special touch to it for our daughter (beyond amazing). Our stay was awesome and we will definitely return in the future!
