Step into a spacious and well-designed interior that caters to your every need:

◦ Living Room: Unwind in one of our TWO living rooms with multiple seating, comfy couches, and a 55'' Smart TV with Super Fast Wi-Fi for entertainment.

◦ Dining Space seats 12 guest: Come together around the welcoming 8-person dining table and 4 swivel stools accommodating the kitchen island. It's the perfect spot to savor mouthwatering meals and create lasting bonds with friends and family.

◦ Kitchen: Cook culinary delights in the large, open kitchen equipped with modern appliances, ample cooking space, and various utensils.

◦ Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms. Find comfort in the master bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. Two bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, and the final bedroom has two twin beds.

On top of this being an extremely spacious home, each couch has a hide-a-bed.

>The Gray Couch has a queen-sized hide-a-bed with a foam mattress topper.
>The Leather Sectional Couch has a full-sized hide-a-bed with a foam mattress topper.
> The room with the twin beds can be rearranged to make a king-sized bed.

** Please let us know ahead of time to rearrange bed set up. Overall, this home can sleep 12 people comfortably.

◦ Bathroom: The master bathroom is an ensuite to the master bedroom & a full bathroom is conveniently located near the other three bedrooms.

Extra Options:

Your retreat includes a fully fenced backyard for young children or a dog. We have a dog kennel just in case your dog needs time out after playing hard. We can accommodate parking large vehicles on the property for example: RV Trailers, Horse Trailers, Boats, Semi Trucks, etc.

(Note: There are no available hook ups for an RV. We are only accommodating your large vehicle during your stay with us.)

Guest Access:

There is a private, secure, keyless entrance to the entire house. The entire home is yours to access and not a shared space. You will be sent a unique code 30 minutes before arrival time.

Maximum Occupancy on Property: the number of guests you provided in your “paid booking session,” is the limited number of guests allowed to occupy the home. Any additional guests will be charged a $30 daily rate. Compliance with house rules ensures a comfortable and safe stay for all guests. Large gatherings, events or parties are strictly prohibited.

We have four recording cameras at the property:

• Near the Front Door
• Over the Garage
• Overlooking the driveway

All of the cameras actively record video & audio. The devices are on the exterior of the property only. There are no interior cameras.

A $75 fee will be charged for each pet.
